The battleline and the 'Poireiton effect'.

The very same hand that made it happened the 'home coming ceremony' at the 1st Manipur Rifles banquet hall,Imphal on the 15th Dec 2014 also made the bomb exploded at the Mahatma Gandhi Avenue,Imphal the same morning--if weighed in the metrics of cold-bloodedness,it is much more cruel and,hence,much more condemnable than that of Peshawar's(16th Dec 2014),though the casualty is much less(two innocents killed and six injured).

The attempt was to get the battleline smudged beyond recognition.

Was the same 'smudge the battleline' strategy successfully deployed by Poireiton against Pakhangba,some 2000 years back?

It amazes me to no end in finding out that we need to go all the way to the great plains of the mighty Ganga to get the answer to the above question.

1)Just a few weeks back,the incumbent Bihar Chief Minister publicly said that all the upper class people(of Bihari society) are all foeigners.In a nutshell,the chief minister was tellng us that the vast mass of the downtrodden has been sleeping with the enemy since thousand of years but,yet,has not been successful in ascertaining where the battleline runs.For thousand of years(five to six thousands,according to their own estimate) the super intermittent series of 'smudge the battleline'
conspiracies of the 15th Dec kind has been impacting the chief minister's society.Seen in this light,what had happened in Imphal on the 15th of Dec is no ordinary conspiracy but the descendant of the one which has been rampaging the great plains of the mighty Ganga for thousand of years.

Are we trying to read too much from an occasional utterance of a chief minister(though I personally feel the chief minister was speaking for the vast downtrodden of the what is now called India)?

2) The answer is a big NO.

We need to go a little further north from the chief minister's place to see why we say that the answer is a big NO.In Nepal there is a living folk theatre playing all throuhgout the length and breadth of the country.It depicts the Nepali society's response to the threats coming from East,West,North and South.The play graphically describes how the Nepali society responds to the threats from the East,the West and the North.Then comes the South's turn.The play dutifully depicts the threat coming from the South.But their response to it? NIL.The play tells the dilemma of the Nepali Society's total inability to respond to the threats coming from the South.

In other words, the Nepali society is unable to draw a battleline to the South of their homeland.

Here,we can also visualize the super intermittent series of 'smudge the battleline' conspiracies of the 15th Dec kind impacting the Nepali Society with the result that even the present generation of Nepali society is still unable to ascertain where the battleline runs.

Having gone this far,we have definitely reached a place where we can have this breathtaking vistas of this constant tussle spanning thousands of years.Coming nearer home,it is also remarkably touching sight of how the tiny population of Manipur has been trying to draw the battleline with the West since at least 2000 years back.But the groups within its own society(present day sleeper cells) have been also successfully smudging the battleline for such a long time.

The lone figure who stood out in the vistas of this breathtaking sight is none other than Poireiton himself.Who was this man?Where did Poireiton stand in relation to the thousand of years old 'battleline smudging' conspiracies?

Still coming nearer home to this blog,what is the relationship between Poireiton and the 'box'(my last post)?Was Poireiton the architect of the 'box'?If not,then,was he the progenitor of the 'box'? Or,was he the ever fertile spring of inspirations for the conspiracies?

The quest for the answer of these profound questions have just reached the inflection point on the 15th Dec 2014.

Reaching the point,we must slacken our pace,take a deep breath and express thanks to the phenomenon of the rise of the Islamist,which,at any cost,should not be equated to the Taliban.I totally hate their carnage in Peshawar on the 16th Dec.I'm still at a loss to decipher how a grown up man could turn his loaded gun to a 10 years kid.This is totally revolting.But without the phenomenon of the rise of the Islamist,today's world would not have conversed with the concepts of 'asymmetric threat'.'asymmetric warfare'.Without the help of these concepts,we would not be able to reach the inflection point.

With the use of these concepts,we can now beautifully describe what,otherwise, is a bizarre encounter between Pakhangba and Poireiton.

1) Pakhangba 'asymmetrically' managed Poireiton's challenge.

2) The next logical deduction is that Poireiton is the embodiment of the 'asymmetric challenge' to the power centre at Kangla---the Manipuri nationhood.(Today's Imphal newspaper reports tell us in no uncertain terms how well entrenched and how resourceful this challenge still is).

3) Now comes the turn of the clear and presently useful deduction.The thousands of years old 'asymmetric challenge' to the Manipuri nationhood have publicly reared its ugly head on the 15th Dec 2014--that too,with a mammoth dose of symbolism,just at the vicinity of Kangla.

The status of the battleline--the 'box' and the two announcements

Something nasty happened inside the 'box'(my next to last post) and we read about it in the Imphal newspapers on the 3rd of Dec.Immediately after reading it, I,in view of the quantumn of the nastiness,had this premonition that it was the beginning of a new phase,a new stage.

We did not wait for long.After just two days we had seen what the new phase was.Mr Hafiz Saeed,in a rally,openly supported by the Govt of Pakistan,announced the beginning of the Jihad to liberate Kashmir.He also openly said war is imminent in the subcontinent.

Showing off the new characteristics of the just begun phase,the Jihad was actually initiated on the same day ie the 5th of Dec,that too,on the soils of Kashmi,in which 11 Indian security personnel were killed.

To shut out the fact the Jihad had already been initiated,the Army Chief cooly travelled to J&K and said they were the attacks on democracy and the poll process currently underway there.The Prime Minister also effortlessly glided to an election rally and said they were the attacks on democracy.They are trying to cast a smokescreen around the just begun Jihad.

Mr Saeed had also shown by actual deeds that people inside the 'box' has not got the stomach for revolution,for war.

The second announcement took place in Bangkok--also on the same day ie the 5th of Dec.

General Gun Maw,the deputy Army Chief of the Kachin Independent Army,announced that they did not trust the Burmese army and openly indicatded that it's the main stumbling block in bringing about a reconcialiation withn the Burmese society.

The General was actually giving interview to Associated Press.Associated Press? Should we forget that one of our own rebel leaders gave an interview to the same news orgnisation in HK some years back?Obviosly,they are in attack mode and in an eye for an eye strategy!

What's so striking about this General's interview is that the text of it is the exact copy of what had been put out as a press release in the Imphal newspapers on the 28th of Nov 2014 by the conglomerate of the Kuki rebel groups.In fact, the General was reading out the gist of that Imphal press release to an AP newsman!

Obviously,both the General and the conglomerate were following the script(pun intended!) prepared by  a mutual friend!!

And,today's Imphal newspapers also carry the news of Burmese Army.In a press staement issued by a Kuki student organisation it was stated for public consumption that four people from Churachadpur district were arrested by Burmese army on the 19th of Nov and handed them oveer to the police,which,in turn,detained them under Foreigners Act of the country.

This action of the Burmese army is also the beginning of a new phase.

It's a common knowledge along the Indo-Burma borders that the Kukis,from time immemorial,has had free movements for some kilometers insside territories of the both the coountries.This privilege is sanctified by a century old tribal customory laws,which are also generally accepted by the Burmese Army.Now,all of a sudden,Burmese Army disregarded the more or less accepted customary law along the Indo-Burma boundary and detained and formaly charged under law four Kukis from Churachandpur district.

In itself,it's a very significant development when read together with Gen Gun Maw interview in Bangkok and taking into account the fact that Manipuri rebels camps are located around New Somtal,which is mainly populated by the Kukis.We have already noted that both the Gen and the conglomerate of Kuki rebel groups are following a script prepared by India which shows that India is planning to use the Kukis to bust the Manipuri rebel camps.

It may be a little digression but it should be noted that 19th Nov 2014 is proving to be very significant date.On that day there was the massive protest in the streets of Ferguson,HK student leader was arrested for the first time,there was a huge commotion in front of my house(my next to last post),Kachin Independent Army headquartes at Laiza was attacked by Burmese Army killing 23 fighters,four Kukis from Churachadpur district were arrrested by the Burmese army.

On that day also,this blog talked about the 'box'!!

Quietly,the battleline gets active.

See how the idea of the Western style democracy as a panacea is under direct attack in the streets of Hong Kong,Ferguson and other cities of the US.

The idea that the Western style democracy is a panacea gets a serious drubbing in the streets of Ferguson and large cities of the US.As if to demonstrate that it's not the panacea as the students wrongly believe the Hong Kong police cleared the protest sites and arrested their leaders.

This is the direct attack on the West and its allies,including the largest democracy of the world,India, on the ideological front.

On the material front also,they are  under attack as well.

See how the Indian President traveled all the way to Tezpur,Assam to say they would use force while giving awards to a helicopter battalion,implying they would use air power.

The very next day,Maoist attacked an IAF helicopter,seriously injuring the pilot.

There were attacks and so,there would be counterattacks. Isn't it the dynamics of a battle?

Actually,I can't wait to have a glimpse of the battle plan of India and the West.

18th Nov 2014--the day the battleline was drawn publicly.

I can't wait to write this post.

Most of my posts are the outcomes of my efforts to connect the dots of varied patterns I have notices in course of my reading the news.But today I'm going to deal with something that I encountered first hand while I'm sitting in my housing,sipping green tea!

At around 12.30 pm,as I'm sipping a cup of green tea,there was a huge commotion outside my house,which stands by a State highway,near Keisampat bridge.At no time,there was someone clanging the public streetlamp post,which stands just at the edge of my homestead,barely 20 feet from where I sat.In between the clanging,there was this hoarse but young female voice,yelling at the top of her voice.Her voice,presumably hoarse from such yelling,was calling for the local meira paibis to come out.

I was amused and unconsciously muttering to myself--'No chance,madam,our meira paibis here are mostly concerned with all things remotely unconnected with public interests'!

Students were trying to storm the bastion of the status quo just across the Keisampat bridge.

Here,we need to go the news of the day and try to find out if there any pattern which relates to the students attempt to cross the Keisamapt bridge.

1)At around 7 in the morning there was an attempt to kidnap a top executive of a big pharma company from posh Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad.The man fled the scene after firing three shots from his AK 47 rifle.To my mind,it was not an attempt to kidnap but to show off an AK47 rifle in this psoh area,which the man did beautifully by leaving the rifle inside the Audi of the executive.An AK47 rifle in the Banjara Hills would cause a lot of stir,to say the least.I almost felt like cheering while reading the news--'Why did not the vanishing of a 18 years old Manipuri girl student cause any stir at the places of power that be,like the Banjara Hills'?

2) At around the same while I was sitting at my house sipping green tea,some groups of students actually succeeded in storming the legislative building in Hong Kong.Four students were arrested.

Hong Kong students succeeded while Manipuri students did not.Why we need make this comparison?

It's because the preceding day--the 18th of Nov--court injunctions started appearing on the streets of Hong Kong asking the students to vacate their protest site.Court injunctions started coming out just as two plane loads of PLA soldiers started landing in Pune.

As the two plane loads of PLA soldiers were landing in Pune,two significant things happened in Manipur--

1)There was an ambush on the Assam Rifles troopers,injuring 12 of them.

2)There was a public function protesting the rescinding of a law which forbids entry of outsiders in the state of Manipur(18th Nov 1950).During the course of this protest meet,the leaders also announced the temporary withdrawal of the ultimatum of the resumption agitation to re-instate the said law.The reason they gave for this withdrawal is to facilitate the unfolding of the Sa-ngai Festival!

What's most interesting is that if the announcement of the withdrawal of ultimatum carries any weight,the commotions outside my house this morning should not have happened.But it did happen,meaning there is an ongoing contradiction within the agitation.

This contradiction puts into sharp focus the two events--one in Imphal and the other,in Pune.In Pune,starting 18th of Nov,the two armies of India and China,went into an joint exercise,with the intent of bringing respect to each other.India wants China to respect it--not to challenge it.

Here,at Imphal,on the 18th of Nov,the main theme of the day was everything to do with groping in the dark inside the box erected by India--no question of challenging it.

So,the commotion outside my house morning,has everything to do to publicly show the two ways confronting us--one challenging India and the other,groping blindly inside the box erected by India.

On the 18th of Nov 2014,at Imphal,there was a publicly visible scene in which everybody sees who chooses which of the two ways.

In other words,on the 18th of Nov 2014,the battle line was so clearly drawn in full view of the public.

Rape as the weapon of combat?

Had there been no inexplicable episode of yet another resurfacing of the news of boxer Sarita,all these rapes would be the normal crimes of the day.

The first of those inexplicable episodes happened just when the Manipuri society was at the doorstep of Ningol Chakouba,which is not only totally woman-centric but also one of the most important festivals of Manipuri society.They chose just the right timing to taunt the Manipuri society--'We had started attacking your womenfolk at Incheon--what is your response?'

The second episode happened just a few days ago,close at the heels of the three successive rape cases within the space of seven days in Manipur and disappearance of a Manipuri girl student in Hyderabad.This resurfacing of the boxer Sarita story is intended to send out a loud and clear message to the Manipuri society--'See,there is common thread binding all these terrible crimes against your womenfolk'.

Today,they just gave the finishing touches to the loud and clear message by opening up another old wound--the Manorama rape and murder case.After sitting on the inquiry report for more than ten years,they are making mockery of justice system by submitting the report to the Supreme Court now.The primary purpose of this submission is to convey the graphic details of the brutal and merciless torture inflicted on the poor woman--their target being the larger Manipuri society.

If this is not the cruel taunt to the Manipuri society,what else is it?

Another facet of all these rapes is that they were carefully timed to happen to coincide with the public discussion on the subject 'Crime against women' organized by a woman NGO.As this NGO is widely believed to be inspired by the oldest rebel group of Manipur,we are staring at the posiibility of those rapes as being deployed as the combat weapons in the fierce competition amongst the rebel groups of Manipur.Or,is it some gangs, ejected out of the rebel groups, trying to create misunderstanding amongst the rebels by using the rapes?Thus,on a micro level,rape as the combat weapon deployed in the competition (or sowing of misunderstanding) amongst the rebel groups and ,at the macro level,deployed in taunting the whole of Manipuri society.

This shows that some groups are so consumed by the competition amongst themselves that they are being used as tools to taunt,to attack the society they themselves live in,the larger Manipuri society.

I don't like to go any further in this direction because it's too distasteful.But,as a concerned citizen,I'll try to to have a look at the anatomy of the chain of events.

As the world boxing body is involved,we can say there are players outside of India.As the Manipuri girl student disappeared in Hyderabad,we can also say that there players outside of Manipur but inside of India.And,as the three successive rapes in Manipur tell us,there are very active players within Manipur itself.

And,all of these players work in tandem.

But,rapes and organized groups of Manipur?

Organized groips,encompassing the rebel groups(together with gangs ejected out of them) in Manipur,flushed with funds skimmed from the yearly subsidy for the state of Manipur doled out by New Delh,are becoming  very powerrful.I think some of them are putting in a lot of resources to make those rapes happen.Let's take the case that happened at Tharoijam,near Imphal.It's plausible that those wanting the rape to happen have a very intimate knowledge that the particular boy had had an eye on the unfortunate nine years old minor girl.So,during the chosen timing when they want the rape to happen they put in a lot of resource to create a perfect conditon for a rape.Say,they also know  that the minor would go to the paddy field carrying tea for her mother.So they might work really hard to make the area holdiing the road the girl would take to be deserted.See how they might have worked meticulously to lure people,young,old,men or women,away from the area for quite an interval.I'm dealing with just one possibility that comes to my mind but I have absolutely no intention of trying to pierce open the innards of the sick minds.

But one thing is certain.This time they are really stooping too low.Too low.

What's so special about the 15th of Oct? Or,is it a riddle?

To my mind,it's a must to note that the following events took place on the 14th of Oct 14.

1)There was a major clash between the protestors and their opponents in the streets of Hong Kong.

2)Pakistani military officers called up their Indian counterparts on the hotline to discuss tension on the border and then,afterwards,opened fire targetting Indian border posts.

3)New Delhi heavily meddled in the working of the supposedly independent judiciary to convict 5 persons of raping a BPO female employee from NE.

4)NSCN(IM) chairman call on the Naga public to pray for just resumed Indo-Naga peace talk.

To my mind,all these 'events' were carefully timed to grab the newspapers'headlines of the following day ie,the 15th of Oct 2014. Again,it's a must to note that all these 'events' were 'planned' in the highest seats of powers in places spanning from Beijing,Islamabad,New Delhi etc.

So,what's so special about the date,the 15th of Oct?

For a Imphallite,it's easy to answer.We are,right now,in the midst of shut down called by the rebels of Manipur to mark this day as the national black day to commenorate the 15th of Oct 1949 when Manipur was merged into the Indian Union.

In this context,it's easy to read New Delhi's intention.As the Manipuris sat down,totally confined to their homes by the shut down,and start reading the newspapers,the first news that draw their attention might be the conviction of the rapists.So, as the rebels are protesting the merger of Manipur to the Indian Union,this particular news might carry across the message that Indian Union is a system that is rendering justice to the NE people,including the Manipuris.

But what about the intentions of Beijing and Islamabad?

Riddle of the riddles?

In my personal effort,I'll try to crack this riddle of the riddles.It goes like this--'People in the highest seats of power in both Beijing and Islamabad want to say that all the roads,for this particular moment of history,lead to a place where the 15th of October is marked as the national black day.'

Drama and Geopolitics: Of Saritas and vanishing riot police.

Who would not be moved by the tears of boxer Sarita at Incheon,South Korea? What a tragic drama on the award podium there!

But somethng more dramatic than Incheon's happened in Hong Kong at about the same time.

Just when the pro-democracy protestors' movement reached its crescendo,the riot police facing them off suddenly vanished form the the streets.Bewildered media persons covering the movement asked aloud--'What's happening?'.

So,what had happened there?

People in Beijing knew that the pro-democracy protestors came out in the streets just when Narendra Modi,the Indian prime minister,had started his US visit.Their protest reached its crescendo when Narendra Modi and Barack Obama had started their summit meeting in Washington.So,it's logical to infer that the protest would peter out as soon as Narendra Modi wraps up his US visit.Knowing this,Beijing lets riot policemen go off the streets when summit meeting between between Narendra Modi and Barack Obama started,which,in turn,produced the crescendo in the Hong Kong streets.Beijng's message is loud and clear: We know that the protest is a charade masterminded by the West(in connivance with India) and so, we are properly unworried.

We must hasten to say that Beijing's is actually the counter-message.So,what was the original message provoking this counter-message from Beijing?

The original message to Beijing from Narendra Modi and Barack Obama: We are two largest democracies and we will help pro-democracy protestors who would sweep across China throwing the Communist Party out of power.

Again,we must hasten to note that there is a constituent within the Hong Kong society who root for one person one vote political system.This constituent has been firmly in its place since the days when Hong Kong was adminsitered by the UK as its colony.

What's new now is that this constituent is so heavily infiltrated by the Western intelligence machineries that they can pull out massive demonstrators in the streets of Hong Kong at the timing of their choice.I vividly remember another smaller scale protest around 30th of June 2014 just when the then Indian Army chief started his China visit.

So,it's clear that they are wielding a tremendous power over HongKongers.

This same tremendous power comes into play at the award podium where Sarita,in convulsive tears,gave her bronze medal to Jina Park,the SOUTH KOREAN.Please note that we are giving emphasis the words South Korea.

In an indelible imagery,telecast live globally,there is this symbolism of great significance--Manipuri versus South Korean.Pre-Sarita dissater,the Manipuris,in general,love the Koreans.Post-Sarita disaster,it stands to reason that Manipuri fans are experiencing difficulties in connecting with Korean idols(because,you know,they are cheaters!!).

Such a feat from India,with a little help from the West!A feat it may be but where is the geopolitical implications in it?

Tremendous geoplotical implications.Here in Manipur,its inhibitants are in the process of defeating the soft powers of India,with a little help from Korea.Anybody who wants to fight India must learn to defeat its soft power.It's their most potent weapon.The Indians know this and they can't accept the fact that the Koreans are beating them in Manipur,which they consider to be their own turf.In this sense,the massive rigging exercises carried out at Incheon,is the invocation of the turf war paradigm to the unsuspecting Koreans,that too,by using Indian style below the belt tactics.

But how the West comes into picture at all?

This question becomes important because the actual dirty works of rigging were most likely be executed by them.As it's Asian Game,all the judges must be from the countries outside of Asia,ie, mostly from the West.It's reasonable to infer that they were asking the judges to rig the games 'for national security reason',which is as sacrosanct  as the eleventh commandment in Western citizenry's mind.      

We are mentioning 'national security' in the sense of preserving the reigning world order,of which,they are the undisputed custodian.If they,conniving with India,can help to maintain the status quo simply by rigging some games in Asia all the judges would not hesitate to rig every single game for the years to come.

But Manipur and the new world order? We must revsit the 'Grand Coaltion against Nazism'.

Having come this far,we have to acknowledge that this post is dangerously veering towards a conspiracy theory.To remedy this we must take note of the following 4 points:

1)Around the 20th Sept 14,the Indian foreign minister,Sushma Swaraj,was completely out of place when she delcared that the military faceoff in Chumar was resolved and the Chinese would withdraw their troops by the 30th Sept.She did this in New York before the world media.Normally,she would be ashamed that they could do nothing to check the alleged Chinese incursions and must be diligently avoiding the world media.Instead,she did say it was a great achievement!

Did she metaphorically say that they would get one great achievement on the 30th of Sept 14?

2)Every night at the New Delhi controlled radio station,AIR,Sarita was there announcing in stilted Hindi--'Hi,I'm Sarita from Manipur.Keep listening to AIR for the latest updates of the Incheon Asiad'.Why this sudden limelight bestowed on Sarita? Was it because she was the pre-detemined prey? It's the sure  case of shining the limelight on the prey for the purpose of multiplying the impact.

3)At around 4 pm of 30th Sept(ie,around 4 hours after the Sarita-Jina fight)the president of Indian himself started sending individual congratulatory letters to the athletes winning medals.This is the sure case of adding salt to the wound.The president himself was saying--'Come Sarita,flood the Korean Peninsula with your tears'.Heartless.

4)Now,as if on some cues,Union minsiters,are giving support to Sartia,thereby,intensifying the 'Manipuri Korean fight'.

I forgot to mention the 5th point.

How Narendra Modi repeatedly exhorted the rabidly nationalistic crowd at Madison  Square Garden to remember this point--'We must understand that Democracy is our greatest weapon'.

He was actually reaching out to demonstrators in Hong Kong to rise against Communist Chinese leadership.

So,it turns out that they had also the preliminary round of talk of NSCN(IM) on the 30th of Sept. I've been on the look out for the big meting between the PM and NSCN(IM) leaders and so,though,I read the news of the preliminary talk,I felt there was no particular significance on its timing.Now,here is the complete picture.

Sushma Swaraj mysteriously gave a lot of emphasis on the date, 30th Sept in New York,.

Then the following developments happened one after the another on that date ie, 30th of Sept.

-Summit meeting between between Narendra Modi and Barack Obama which pointedly referred to South China Sea,

-then,crescendo in the streets of Hong Kong,

-followed by the symbolic pitching of a Manipuri sports icon against a Korean at Incheon

-and now preliminary meeting between New Delhi and NSCN(IM0 on the same day.

Now ,we can see that the above developments represent a fully-formed pattern.

Pro Israel and pro West--the true face of the RSS and,of course,its disciplined soldier,Narendra Modi.

The just concluded session of the Indian parliament marks a watershed in its history of electoral politics.

It vehemently tried to dodge completely off discussing the then ongoing fight between the Israelis and the Palestinians.It took more than 7 days in deciding even to discuss the massacre of the Palestinians(mostly wmoen and children) by the state of the art war machines of the Israelis!

After the discussion,it comes to light that the 16th edition of the Indian parliament made a clean break from the tradition(its main architech being the first prime minsiter of India,JL Nehru) of consistently and officially supporting the Palestinians.Even in the queer paradigm of talk the talk diplomacy of India,that tradition had been a very conspicuos one.Now that tradition was decisively demolished.

The thickest of the 'bindis'(which screams--"I'm a Hindu") marks Ms Sushma Swaraj,the Indian foreign minister.And she also loves a dead language.She was very 'bold' standing there in the front of the media in proclaiming that India would not condemned either the Israelis or the Palestinians!We know 'boldness' is the trademark of Narendra Modi government(also see the 'boldness' of yet another lady minister,Ms Sitaraman in WTO)!!

So,in the end,the thickly-bindied Indian foreign minsiter makes the lesser mortals,like us,wiser more than 10x(guys in Google call it a moonshot!).Come,all the citizenry of the Globe--we should not condemn either the Israelis or the Palestinians.See also the flipside of the story--we should not support either the Israelis or the Palestinians!Great(or,is it moonshot?)lessons from a 'bold' Hindu!Who is a Hindu without being being philosophical with one leg firmly placed in the metaphysical world?

Apparently,Ms Swaraj is doing her bits to further the RSS vision of the Hindu domination of the Globe by first influencing the minds of the pundits and poets.Some pundits might even start writing an enlightening dissertation entitled 'Metaphysics in diplomacy--lessons from a thickly-bindied lady'!What about the poets? Well,well,let's think for a second.Eureka! Here it is--'Of Bindis and Moonshots'!!

But the hard reality always hit us hard.The just concluded session of the Indian parliament showed without any shred of doubt that India is fast becoming a beachhead of the West in this Asian part of the Globe.See how the US airforce started the first airstrike against the Islamic State militants in Iraq on the eve of the Quit India movement anniversary,that too,while Mr Chuck Hagel,the US foreign secretary was in New Delhi on an official visit.What did it try to convey?It,of course,showed by action that India is the newly-secured beachhead of the West in Asia.

And we all know that the West is the custodian of the reigning world order of the day.What is this world order?A world order when confronted with some people deploying state of the art war machines in the thickly populated urban area,have the morality of supporting the horrific assault with a weak rider that they should do it 'with precision'!Revolting morality,indeed.Mr John Kerry,like Ms Swaraj,was very 'bold' in publicly supporting the Israelis massacring 2000 people,mostly women and children,by saying--'Do it with precision'.2000 collateral deaths for trying to be 'in precision' in deploying state of the art war machines in a crowded urban area?It's the worldorder of the monsters.

But the Indian people,led by the RSS,has chosen to be not only part of that inhuman world order but also to serve as its beachhead in Asia to further strengthen it in this part of the Globe.This blogger totally hates this reigning worldorder.

This may be a quaint and lonely voice but this blogger strongly feels that the emerging and humane worldorder is laying its groundworks for a good fight.See how the Palestinians,completely trapped inside a small strip of land,called Gaza,had been trying to dictate the pace and terms of the ceasefire with the Israelis.They are trying to attain that all too important psychological edge in the fight.

Of 18 and Himalayan scale.

The 'strong' Prime Minister of India has just made a retreat of Himalayan scale.

While everybody is solemnly paying homage to the martyrs of 18th of June in Imphal,they seem to have missed out on 2 extremely significant developments in other parts of the globe.

1) The kidnapping of 40 Indian workers in the Iraqi city of Mosul.

2) Later in the evening the announcement of postponement of Narendra Modi's scheduled visit to Japan.

To be very concise,it's realistic to infer that the Telengana effect would come in force only after Narendra Modi personally confers with the top leaders of USA and Japan.Then,there was this sudden (and extremely surprising) developments in Iraq.(Did those 'developments' start at around 10th of June?Is it any coincidence that on this day there was a memorial lecture in Imphal which was delivered by Prof Kamarulzaman Askandar,who is from a country which has been in the focus of media attention because of the vanishing of a Jumbo jet--Malaysia? And we must not fail to note here that these 'developments' are likely to make the Americans too busy for Narendra Modi,for that matter,any other Asian leaders).Then,the kidnapping of 40 Indian workers in the city of Mosul.Then,the sudden announcement of the postponement of Narendra Modi's scheduled Japan visit.

Seen in the light of the looming Telengana effect,isn't it a retreat of Himalayan scale on Modi's part?

The Indian people has just given a resounding mandate for a strong leader.But this strong leader's first move is actually a retreat!

This is certainly anti-climactic,to say the least.

And,to top it all,the anti-climax does come a little too soon--that is,in matter of weeks!!

Form and propaganda--RSS and Manipur.

We are facing with the likely scenario of the mainstreaming of the RSS in the Indian society.

In case the still unfolding scenario is proven right,we can expect a direction-shifting change in the Indian
society itself and,as its impact,a groundbreaking perception of what Indian-ness is in all the neighbouring
societies.

So, we need to correctly asses what the RSS is all about.RSS is an idealistic social organisation--
propaganda.RSS is an apolitical organisation--propaganda.RSS works hard quietly on the ground and produces a lot of admirable cadres--good information.One such admirable cadre,named Nathuram Godse,shot Mohandas K.Gandhi to death--good information.Does RSS equal Hindutva?Is RSS fascist?Is RSS really intent on converting India a nation of Hindu supremacist?

These are the forms(and the propaganda) which the RSS itself tries to portray,or,are percolated down to the general populace through the agencies of popular media and institutions.We need to pierce through these forms and propaganda to get in touch with the real contents inside and try to make an assessment out of it.

In my humble opinion,the sine quo non of the RSS is the ongoing and Himalayan(to borrow an expression from Mohandas K,Gandhi)endeavour to divest Eugenics out of the Indian Social Dynamics(my last post).

Graphically speaking,the prime intent of the RSS is to yank Eugenics out of Indian social dynamics and insert the idea of Hindutva in its place.

They know that if Eugenics continue to serve as the main plank of the Indian social dynamics,it would become untenable in this modern age.So, they are toiling hard on the ground to replace Eugenics with Hindutva.In this sense,RSS is becoming the saviour of the evil Indian social dynamics.

Here again,we are coming face to face with an irony.RSS,in trying to replace Eugenics with Hindutva,comes in direct confrontations with the established Indian social system.But they are not fighting to dislodge the established social system and thereby,usher into a brave new world.Insterad,they are fighting to maintain the
status quo of the Indian social dynamics but with a renewed vigour.

In this sense,for nearly a century,there have been a constant but a low-key tussle between the RSS and the
established Indian social system.With the spectacular victory of Narendra Modi,himself a RSS Pracharak,do we see a tipping point  in favour of the RSS?

In other words,the tipping point in the nearly century old tussle has seen its manifestations in the spectacular victory of Narendra Modi.In this sense,Narendra Modi is only symbol of the tipping point--another form but not another propaganda.

Nearer home,this tipping point have brought about several outward manifestations,like the installation of a
person as the junior Home Minister,who hails from a place recently administered by the Ministry of External
Affairs,New Delhi,the likely final push for Nagalim and,here comes the heartbreaking one,a bomb blast in Imphal targetting unarmed migrant workers,killliing 2 of them and injuring scores of them.

Well,the bomb blast have already made everybody bewildered--why is this happening at all? But we need to pull ourselves up and try to find answers urgently--not in a whodunit or blamegame paradigm but in a holistic study  of our own social dynamics which might be responsible for producing such incidents.

Let's look at the 3 sectors of our society which,at present, are getting maximum investments.

1)Education:

It's one social sector which gets the maximum grassroot investments and attention.Such investments catapults many young men and women to the thriving urban centres like Bangalore.But majority of them can only touch the outward forms associated with such thriving urban centres,like how the young executives of the fast-moving corporations socialize but not with the innner substance,like the life-giving corporate culture.Our society puts in a whole lot of heavy investments but still our young men and women can only connect with the outward forms--not the substance.

2)Police:

Well,in this sector,there is not grassroot-level investments but they are getting massive investments from New Delhi.In the course of their duties,they come in direct contact with the rebels of Manipur.Of course,there is
always high dose of romanticism associated with rebels of any hue.Romanticsm born out of the martyrs who are always intent on swimming against the current,challenging the status quo.But our young police men and women can only connect with  only one part of the outward form of such romanticism,like the rebels sustaining themselves with the 'donations'from the general populace.If the rebels can seek donations,why can't we?This is a new phenomenon in our society.

3)Rebels:

Everybody knows that the rebels are working extremely hard to channelize a whole lot of investments on
themselves!Surprisingly,they have already become the masters of big money power games--just like,big money lenders and feudallords.In the context of all such interactions,it is becoming clearer by the day that the majority of the rebels also can connect with the outward form of the legacy of rebellion of Manipur.

It's hearbreaking to note that the social sectors which receive the highest amount of investments actually
churn out young men and women who are content with only celebrating the form.

In this stage of our social development,we have come to face to face with the incidents like the bombing of the unarmed migrant workers.

Are such bombings the extreme cases of the celebrations of the form?

Virtual Ganga and the real sectarian war--India's virtual reality game

With 6 weeks into the hijacking of the Malaysian MH370 jetliner,it is now quite clear that India is attempting to let a virtual Ganga flow gushing not only through Malaysia but all throughout the length and breadth of South East Asia.With this,they are attempting to export what has been endemic in the basin of river Ganga(virtual or otherwise)--the sectarian violence.The hijacking of the Malaysian MH 370 is the first step to sow afresh the seed of distrust to the already tenuous relation between the minority Chinese and the majority Malay in Malaysia.Their ultimate aim is to engineer a sectarian war between the minority Chinese and the majority Malays in Malaysia.

Their strategic objective is to get China bogged down in a ground nearer to its homefront.

I have not got the updated information but some years down the line Malaysia actually had a law that prohibited the minority Chinese to establish a business without first roping a Malay as a partner.I don't like to use an adjective in describing such a law.But my point is that any society which produce such a law is primed for an engineered sectarian violence.With Prime Ministerial level fanning of the flame(as has been continuously pursued by the honorable Prime Minister of Australia,Mr Tony Abbott--all indicators having already been pointed to the virtually established fact that Mr Abbott is a passionate person!!),the Malay-Chinese sectarian war in Malaysia is sure to arrive in the near future.

Now,our turn for this profound question--are the realms of Indian doctrine of relative truth and virtual reality the 2 sides of a same coin?

Without even attempting to answer this question,we can safely say that the propunders of the doctrine of relative truth are consummate players in letting the virtual Ganga running amok all throughout the length and breadth of the Indian Subcontinent.They are even successful in doing so in the mountainous and wild NE.

In other words, they are experts in creating virtual realities for various regions and communities.Once they can box  such regions and communities into their appropriate virtual realities,these entities become the easy prey of manipulations.In short,India,as a political entity,is an expression of such social manipulations and so far,they are proving to be more potent and longer-lasting as the cementing factor than those provided by the communist party networks in the erstwhile Soviet Union.

Firmly settled on this foundation and armed with this formidable and time-tested weapon,the propounders of the doctrine of the relative truth are venturing off to newer pasture.In hijacking the Malasian MH 370,they took the first step in creating 2 different but,the most importantly,antagonistic virtual realities for the Chinese minority and the Malay majority in Malasia.Patiently,they will wait for these 2 antagonistic virtual realities coming to a clash,thereby throwing the minority Chinese and the majority Malays at each other's throat.

The whole world is still staring at the reality-blurring episode of a formidable jumbo jetliner which was loaded with hundreds of innocent people,getting vanished right into thin air.And,that marks the beginning of the engineering of 2 different and antagonistic virtual realities for 2 communities--one,for minority Chinese and the other,for the maojority Malays.

What a fitting preamble!


Postscript:There are so many conspiracy theories flying around.But not one fertile mind of the vast tribe of conspiracy theorists can relate the hijacking of the Malaysian MH 370 and the crash of India's freshly-acquired (at the price tag of Rs 1000 cr) heavylift Hercules transport plane.Amazing!!

Malaysia's hijacked plane and India's doctrine of relative truth

They are saying that hijacking a plane with hundreds of innocent  people on board is bad and condemn-able but under some circumstances(like the still shifting geo-political fault lines) it is quite ok.

It is just like saying that the Armed Forces(special Powers) Act 1958 is indeed a black law and highly condemn-able but under some circumstances (like the present situation in Manipur) it is quite ok.

They are the classic examples of the throbbing vitality of Indian's social doctrine of relative truth.

This doctrine was invented to perpetuate and strengthen the Indian social dynamics which is based on highly regressive and archaic law of Eugenics.In its social application it is pure Eugenics and such a society in its political expression should have a widely and clearly visible manifestations of Nazism in its pure form.But a clever application of this doctrine of relative truths imparts an admirable flexibility to the whole system,which,for example,enable it to have a strange but workable co-habitation of a social system based on Eugenics and a political system based on universal franchise.

So far,the international community has had the interactions with the multi-faceted manifestations flowing out of this political system based on universal franchise.

Hijacking of the Malaysian jetliner(1/3 of its passengers being Chinese) is the first instance whereby the Indian social dynamics based on Eugenics is projecting its image to the international arena.They are now on a new turf.For centuries it have been ravaging the geographical area as defined as Indian Sub-continent and a shift in the geo-political fault- line has forced this regressive Indian social dynamics to override the presently shaky but still universal-franchise-based political superstructure and thus, reveal itself in the international arena.

Seen in this light,there would be a clash between the regressive Indian social dynamics based on Eugenics and the rapidly modernizing social values of South East Asia and Asia Pacific.

But to accuse a State of hijacking a passenger plane is in the realm of conspiracy theory.But as the still developing situation show,there might be more than one State involved in the hijacking.It is quite reasonable to infer that they would need only a brief jamming of Pakistani radars to get the plane to Turkmenistan(China  has a rebel group aiming to establish an East Turkemenistan).And,it's quite reasonable to think that the radar-jamming technologies might have found their devices installed,however briefly,in Afghanistan.

But still.why should we waste out valuable time in a conspiracy theory?

To answer this question,we have to go back to the 13th of March 2014.And,the place of our interest is Imphal.

They have the temerity to do something with natural disaster on a 13th day!More than that,the day before, the guys from New Delhi,in a press conference,held in place no other than the seat of power in Manpur,the Secretariat complex in Imphal,grandly announced that 2 lakhs people would be hurt and 37 thousand people would be killed!Some kind of mock drill indeed!!

Reading between the lines,it's quite clear that New Delhi,under the guise of a mock drill,was issuing threats to Manipuri society.They are effectively saying to the larger Manipuri society--

--'Beware,you will get hurt'--.

Psychological warfare,isn't it?Let's say it is one  in micro level.What about the macro level?Of course,the hijacking of the Malaysian jetliner.

Even if the hijacked jetliner did not reach Turkmenistan or it was crashed in Indian Ocean,the objective of the mission has already been accomplished.The mission was clearly another psychological warfare aimed at China.They want to send out the message that even though you have your much vaunted 'string of pearls' with their attendant listening posts,we have just snatched away a wide-bodied jetliner from under your own nose.So, your 'string of pearls'  is impotent?Look, we have even flown the wide-bodied jetliner right inside the core area enveloped by your 'string of pearls'!!Still proving impotent!!Like this,they can continue ad nauseam.

Seen in this light,it is quite clear who planned the hijacking of the Malaysian jetliner and,more important,where did the planning take place.

Would Telengana trigger a bipolarity in Indian polity?

Telengana--the word instantly carries us towards the spectacular dispaly of what Indian parliament is--a horrible hegemon.We also saw the Telegus deploying every trick in the book of parliamentary democracy to fight that hegemon.Now,do they realise that they had not been wielding the appropriate weapon to fight a hegemon?

It is likely that the unprecedented turmoil and ferment they are facing now are driving them to seek for 'something' to guide their future plans.

Now,the most startling question--

Would SM Krishna provide the Telgus the direction towards which they are most likely to find that 'something'?

Well,we have in SM Krishna a startling story.As far as I can remember,they brought him as the foreign minsiter of India during the process for scouting of talents at the State level leaders.Because Manmohan Singh cabinet was so bereft of talents.I also think that the general perception of SM Krishna is that he is suave and capable.Even than,he was so quietly dropped from the cabinet.At that time,I thought that he was re-assigned to State level politics to fight off the main opposition,BJP.

When that did not happen,I began to ask myself--'what's happening?'The paucity of talents in the Manmohan Singh cabinet intensifies as the time goes on.Then,why such a talent like SM Krishna was dumped so mysteriously?

Then,I suddenly remember how SM Krishna brought the then Chinese foreign minister to Bangalore.The Chinese foreign minister was even bedecked in traditional Kannadiga attire!

Was it that SM Krishna sometimes talked to his Chinese counterpart as a Kannadiga leader?WAs it that such a talk between him and the Chinese foreign minster being perceived as a threat to the power centre at New Delhi?Was it the 'startling'situation which led to the mysterious dismissal of SM Krishna?

If SM Krishna is a political outcast right at the moment,then I think all the above questions are silently but forcefully answered.

Is he a political outcast now?

I have no idea.I can't get the nuances of the State level political scenario sitting here at Imphal.So,I have to admit that it's mostly my hunches and gutfeeelings.But for my own blog they are good enough to let the streams of my thoughts flowing down uninterrupted!!

So,SM Krishna has got that 'something' that show the way of how to chart the Kannadiga's future course of action vis a vis the powers centres at New Delhi and Beijing.And,that's game changing.

Now,if we re-focus our thoughts towards the neighbouring Telegus,we come face to face with startling situation--the Telegus,right at the moment,are searching for that exact 'something'!

Here,we repeat our question--

Would SM Krishna provide that 'something' to the Telegus?

Here,we have to note that history might have chosen the person of SM Krishna to act as a conduit to get that 'something' across to his larger society.As such this idea might have started entering into the inner circles of the Kannadiga social and political elites.If that's the case,then,its only the matter of time before it also start travelling towards the neighbouring societies.Right at the moment,the Telegu society is at its receptive best.

All these lead us to think that we are seeing the contours of two emerging 'hotspots',besides the already existing one in the Tamil's land.Three 'hotspots' in a contigouos row constitute very significant developments,to say the least.

If we add the person of Sharad Pawar to this developing stew of three 'hotspots',we get a very strong recipe for the emergence of a competing pole to the power centre of New Delhi.To my mind,the cosmopolitan elites of Mumbai is very crucial to its emergence.The DNA of these elites of Mumbai,unlike that of provincial Chennai,is out and out cosmopolitan.Till date no provincial political aspirations emerging out of Maharastra,for obvious reasons,has not been able to carry with them these Mumbai elites and as such,all these political aspirations cannot have any traction.And,Mumbai cosmopolitan elites,for their parts,have been content with providing the leadership to culutre and finance spheres.With Sharad Pawar's last shot at the prime ministership,the Mumbai elites,for a change,might apply their collective minds to find ways to rumble through the nitty gritty of reaching that goal.In this process,a germ of an incipient thought might be implanted in their collective minds--'Why the North have been producing the leaders of the likes of Mulayams and Mayawatis?'(As we considering the emergence of multi-polarity in Indian polity,the symbols in the persons of a Jawaharlal or a Indira are very significant.But the elder son of Indira,when faced with the crucial crisis in the Delhi Sikh pogrom showed off his innermost self--a small mind.Thus,he decisively crushed the family legacy of providing the symbol of India's unity.Seen in this light,Indira's grandson does not even come into the picture).

There is every reason to expect that germ of an incipient thought might blossom into full growth and with that we might also see the gradual realization on the part of these elites that the collective 'provincial'aspirations of Maratha,Tamils,Telegus and Kannadiga would no longer be a proincial one.And the job of providing leadership to this collective political aspiration would no longer be a provincial endeavour.

To my mind,far too many things are happening at their right moments--unknowingly,we might be staring at a great inflection

point in history.
