Paobilai

 This post should be read as the un-edited version of my thought-stream during the last twenty-four hours.I am still trying to fine tune what I have discovered so far.


In my yet to publish monograph,I am trying to be a little innovative in deploying variuos usage of 'lai'.I am trying to use the term 'chitlai' as to mean vitamin.'Chi' is world of nutrient and 'chit' is the world of nutrient oscillated.Now.the newly constructed term is exhibited in a canvas together with 'lai'.So,what do we get from that canvas?Definitely,the 'life-force' making the 'chi' oscillated.The logic behind this premise is that the nutrients,by themselves,are mostly useless in isolation.When they are acted upon by vitamins (and other hormones) they become useful.


In the same way,we put 'Pa','Po' and 'Pi' in a canvass together with 'Lai'.('Pao' is the usage-induced abbreviation of 'Pa' And 'Po').


At this stage,anybody could interject that we are skipping a logical step,if we are to go aligning with 'Chitlai'.


But we are going further into our study by assuming that 'Pitlai' is equivalent to 'P'+'Po'+'pi' lai.We are excluding 'pe' because we are studying a subject in Pakhangba quadrant.


We are also forging ahead without waiting for the meaning of 'pitlai'--we reserve it for further study later.


Now,we are zeroing in for our kill--'Po'.


The rational behind this is that we have already a widely discussed prophesy--"Po ahum chainani".


Should we discuss the logical connection between 'Paopilai' and the prophesy,"Po ahum chainani"?


We have four 'Po's.


1) A tiny force or energy empowering the formation of equally tiny 'eco-system'.


2) Another tiny force giving protective shield to a subject of its choice.


3) A third tiny force empowering a tiny flight.


4) The force or energy which enables a subject to hold a tiny object without any accident.


It seems to say that we should start with 'tiny' level.Like,simplest of theses,the subsequent,anti-theses and ultimately,the simplest syntheses.


The eco-system might be in its most basic stage,thereby having a reservoire of energy to haul itself for a shortest of the short flight and,thus, capable of providing a bare protective shield to any subject it might choose.


But these tiny forces should always primed themselves in a 'chainaba' status.To acoomplish what?


To hold tiny objects,meaning the basic principles,without any accident whatsoever.


Seen in this light,the prophesy--'Po ahum chainani'--reveals itself in a completely different dimension.I cannot remember this properly--is it 'Koubru Laiji' which is connected with prophesy?If so,we need to analyze it further in the context of  basic precepts and principles of a revolution.


Now,it is the time to answer the question--should we discuss the logical connection between 'Paopilai' and the prophesy."Po ahum chainani"?


'Paopilai' is the web of stories tightly woven around the gem,namely,'Pitlai'.


'Pitlai' is the life-force enabling the three 'Po's to constantly prime themselves in 'chainaba' stutus.


'Pitlai' is the life-force enabling the three 'Po's to stick to the basic principles.


To my mind,it is not difficult for anybody to understand what 'Pitlai' is if they go through the brief discussion on 'Chitlai' at the beginning of this post.


Going this far,we definitely discern that three things follow:


1) Only the individuals who constantly work hard to live upto the high standard demanded by 'Pitlai' could remain in the fray.


2) Such individuals are likely to coalesce in some form of a system which enables them to work together--efficiently,responding  to any developing situation without any loss of time and without any accident whatsoever.


3) Only the system thus formed should be able to stick to the basic principles and carry on the revolution further.


From my personal perspective,I always wonder why our Architects should go about  weaving such a web of stories around their important precepts,like 'Pitlai'.Why not presenting to us their precepts in a clean and direct manner?


But,next moment,I remember the terms 'Cheina' and 'Cheitheng'.


It is impossible to fully understand the terms if we ourselves do not try live through the dilema of our Architects.All their lives our Architects wanted 'chei's(documents) but had to manage without single one of them--what a painful experience that might be.My point is that they wanted to put down all their precepts in neat 'chei's but they could not do so because if they did so,all the precepts would get destroyed.They wanted 'chei's but could not get any one of them--thus,'cheina' and 'cheitheng'.These two terms are organically linked with our Architects.They might,as well, be the defining characteristics of our 'Tala Ngasung'.


Whenever we come across 'cheina' and 'cheitheng' we need to elevate ourselves to the new level so that we all can renew our bonding with our Architects.


Despite all of the above,I am still wrapping this post up with two minds.One moment,I think that it would be easy to get to know 'pitlai' if one starts it with the comparison with 'chitlai'.


The next moment,I ask myself if 'pitlai' would shock people.

'Kapui', 'Long' and 'Paobilai'.

 I think today is the right moment when we analyze the story of Kabui Maiba killing Paobilai.


So,let's go straight to the terms associated with the story.


1) Kapui


a) Here,in our context,'k(a)' should mean the force enabling 'balancing' of a situation.


b) We are taking 'P(a)' as to mean the force enabling the formation of 'eco-system' or 'institution'.When it is 'Pu',it means that we are looking at a single characteristic of a 'eco-system'.


Here,it is logical to infer that it means equilibrium or balance.


c) So,we are looking at a situation where the ruling condition is 'balance + balance'. 


d) In our context,we are looking at a team where there is no internal debates.The team members fails to throw up adequate theses and the subsequent,anti-theses in their working.


2) Long.


In our context,it is the failure to correctly read the prevailing international or the geo-political situation.'L(a)' is 'expanse'.So,'LO' is enclosed 'expanse' and 'Long' is the 'Lo' to which the life is bestowed.


3) Amaiba.


It is common knowledge that the 'Amaibas' are specialists.It is understandable that any revolution is led by specialists.This situation itself brings out the possibility of the specialists losing touch with the common perspective.


By studying the above points,we have a surprising deduction.


'Paobilai' is the revolution itself.Not the the last re-incarnation of 'Pakhangba'.


So,our architects leave us a gem which would guide us not to KILL the revolution.


(We should not lose sight of the metaphorical aspect of our story.'Pakhangba' is the king of the 'worldly domain'.In this context,any re-incarnation of 'Pakhangba' should mean a new order in the 'worldly domain'.This is the revolution itself.Reading this together with the deduction in the main body of this post,we are facing a tantalizing  possibility of our Architects designing the term 'Paobilai' to shed light on the nature of our revolution.We need to minutely dissect the term 'Paobilai').

The Prime Minister of India,in a dramatic fashion, says 'yes' to the hints of peace talk from some rebel groups of Manipur.

 We can definitely see how our 'NUYA' is alive and kicking--that is.by gauging the indicators from unexpected quarters.


The Prime Minister of India has just chosen 9 o'clock to give an address to the nation.


It is not an exaggeration to say that the address takes everybody by surprise.


I learnt about the address through a Twitter feed,only some minutes away from 9 am.


So,I immediately turned on my radio set--I expected to listen to the suddenly-announced address through the radio.We all always listen to the Prime Minister's address to the nation through radio.But the Imphal station of All India Radio kept dissing out Manipuri songs and youths' program till 10 am.


So.I got suspicious.


I suspect that the Prime Minister decided to give the address after collating data received this morning itself.


I am terribly excited to know more about the data that propelled the Prime Minister of the largest democracy of the world to go for a such a hasty address.I suspect that even his seniour cabinet colleagues should have been taken by surprise by his sudden and hasty move.


Before going further,what is so significant about 9?


---'Maapan' says that,in case we pass though 'Nipaan' successfully,we must arrive at an society('here 'Ma',meaning world or society) where we all manage to 'stay grounded' being facilitated by well-established institutions.---

So,what does the Prime Minister,choosing 9 o'clock,mean to convey?


To my mind,the Prime Minister,in a dramatic fashion,is addressing some rebel groups of Manipur--'We are ready for peace talk with you'.


Another important aspect of the address--the Prime Minister expects these rebel groups to come to New Delhi with a concrete proposal by the winter session of Parliament.


I think that the brutal splitting of Manipuri society along the pro-peace talk and no-peace talk line is happening way sooner than we expected.

CIVILIZATION'S COURT(enhancing the PEOPLE'S COURT).

 I woke up when it was completely dark--when the dawn is yet to show its soothing face.As I lazed around,struggling to get down from the bed,an idea suddenly struck me.CIVILIZATION'S COURT.


It suddenly occurred to me that CIVILIZATION'S COURT exists in Manipur!


The banning of Hindi films happened because they are being tried in a CIVILIZATION'S COURT!That court gave the ruling that Hindi films are the agents of pernicious ideas and cultural practices from an aggressive CIVILIZATION and there are enough grounds to ban them all in Manipur.


As I was being enlightened by this new discovery,my decades-old complaints to my society came flooding back to me.I will try to discuss only two of them for this post.


1) This particular complaint have actually been oppressing me right from my youth.I distincly remember the consistent failures,despite my best efforts,to form teams.I was in my early twenties.I was mad at finding out that our society seems to be very hostile to the idea of 'team'.It was exactly at the time when I had the chance to devour the book,'Made in Japan',by Akio Morita.What greatly impressed me at that young age was the apparently effortless transition from a family business to a great Japanese company.Back then,it was clear to me that SONY was a company for Japanese society(not a Morita family enterprise).


That made me dream.I was absolutely certain at that time--I was NOT interested in forming MY company.But a company of my society where the best of our society are welcomed and where the right atmosphere of creativity is created.


So,there was a youth,dreaming of forming a great company but still,unable to form a simple team.Naturally that youth is at his maddest mad!


For decades now,I have been left perplexed by the question--why no teams can be formed in our society?


As I went deeper into the question,I come to point my finger to a single 'nugget of wisdom' of our society.This 'nugget' is so valuable that it has been passed down from father to son(probably in a whisper),that too,in a surreal atmosphere,enhanced by the stillness of night,right after supper,when a father can grab a rare and brief chance of an one-way conversation with a son.


The 'nugget' goes like this--'Namanaba ama netharamdradi nang chongkhatpa ngammoi'.Three things follow.


a) It tells us that all your friends are the potential targets of 'nethatpa'.This is directly antagonistic to what a team is.


b) It is ok,both morally and ethically,to exploit others(including those who consider you to be a friend).


c) It is a social must to live a life emulating 'Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde'.It is scary because it teaches young people to lead a life of split personality.(The reason is that the son is to pretend that he is the true friend all the while planning to destroy him).


Now,let's go back in time--in Mao's China.Suppose Mao's People's Court is trying a father for openly propagating 'the neithatpa' theory.We can assume,with a fair degree of probability,that the father is guilty of an idea espousing feudal remnants culture.It is legitimate for that People's Court to give a fitting punishment to the father because one of the primary premises for forming the Court itself is to annihilate the elements of feudal remnants in all its forms.


Just like this,Manipur's Civilization's Court can ban Hindi films because its mandate is to check the pernicious ideas coming from foreign civilizations.


Now,how about a People's Civilization Court?


If our society mandates the forming such a Court,the new institution can surely give punishment to the father for espousing a pernicious social practice,enabled by a equally pernicious idea from a foreign civilization--even if he doing that in a 'whisper'.(I still think that this 'nugget' came from a foreign civilization in a recent past.The reason for this deduction is that our society's ethical base is 'Chainarol',which is being made more robust by incorporating the precepts contained in the just discovered 'Nuya'--for 'Nuya', please refer to  several of my past posts by searching the keyword 'Nuya' in this blog).


It would be revolutionary if we can give punishment to those espousing anti-team(and,by further deduction,those directly or indirectly responsible for 'Ani-thokpi' culture).I think that it is safe to say that all our social institutions are facing direct assault on their more or less solid ethical bases.That assault comes from foreign civilizations.Anyone who,willingly or unwillingly,serves as conduit for the pernicious foreign civilization premises,enabling equally pernicious social practices,should be given fitting punishment.


2) It is flabbergasting for me to observe that all the educated women shed all their education and knowledge off at the kitchen door.Once inside the kitchen they all transformed themselves to  bigots,blindly following ages-old social practices.Their education and knowledge have zero impact on how they cook,what they cook and  how they bring forth as the main diet for our society.They all have the knowledge that it is bad to eat 'mountains' of white rice twice a day.But they are still cooking in a way that primes our society to consume 'mountains' of white rice two times in a day.Is it not easy to infer for any educated person that it is impossible NOT to eat 'mountains' of white rice if paired with a good 'yongchaak alu eromba'?


Is this happening because we are being drilled into living a life of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde?


In our particular case,all our traditional ways of eating neatly situate in Dr Jekyll's world.And all the modern knowledge of nutrition are mandated by our society to  settle in the world of Mr Hyde.


The problem goes even more deeply in our society--the total disconnect between theory and practice. People are still shirking their responsibility off by simply saying---'Theorygi wanida,kannade'.All our knowledge gained from schools and colleges are being grouped as 'theory'.And,the way we are carrying out our daily duties,howsoever corrupted it might be,is grouped as a socially acceptable 'practice'.These two groups are made to settle in two watertight compartments.Effectively,we are witnessing a situation where our hard-earned knowledge(and,thus,techs) have zero impact how we live our daily life.


It is an amazing stuff---totally surreal!


But our newly-minted People's Civilization Court can notify that 'theory-practice' disconnect is the direct result of invasion of foreign civilizations and thus a cognizable offence.


That would be a revolutionary way of solving all our social ills---come,People's Civilization Court;you are eagerly awaited!!
