In tactical retreat.

 Again,on that particular social media platform.

Our Heingang personality(my last post) came out--making sure that all the three keywords,namely,"heingang","masked-gunmen" and "an editor" were put into full display to everyone who is curious enough to look out for them.

And the most important thing--the date.

It was the 30th Dec 2020--that is,just one day short of our deadline(my last post).

Again,we need to decode the body language of our Heingang personality--our Heingang personality was mocking.

At what?

Of course,at the way the three rebel groups are fleeing the deadline.

The three rebel groups who initiated the attempted covert attack have fled--abandoning the the self-proclaimed deadline,that is,the 31st December 2020.

I don't particularly like the idea of anybody making mockery of any person or a group.That's in the bad taste.

But,if we go further into the fine-grain evaluation of the whole process,we detected that equally venomous reaction to the mockery--that too,is in the realm of bad taste.

Our Heingang personality's mockery was immediately retaliated with downright obscene comments--this is the first time,as far as I know,our Heingang personality ever received bad comments,let alone,downright obscene ones.

And.I also suspect that those comments of yesterday,obscene as they were, were purposely added,apparently with cold calculation.

What might be that cold calculation aimed at?

I think that they are intent to put forward the narrative that they were not fleeing-- instead,they are on a tactical retreating mode.

OK,they are on tactical retreat.

But,for this blogger,this is totally anti-climatic.

Nevertheless,this blogger will on the look out for any development in the future and publish post discussing them.It is not for any trifle that this blogger spend two to three hours daily in reading up news and trying to detect trends!

Well,that's a lame joke of mine! Today is the last day of the year 2020 and everybody can tolerate a rare joke from a blogger,howsoever, lame that might be!!

Now,on a personal note--I definitely love reading news--spending long hours in front of my computer.I discover that I enjoy reading.And,I DO NOT try to find trends particularly.It's just the part of the whole process--as I keep reading news,trends simply pop up,in front of my eyes,all by themselves.

Then,how did I miss the news that Netflix had two two-days stream-fest last month--on those two days it allowed any Indian to view any videos in its collection for free?

One reason might be that I'm a little wary Netflix.How do one go about in his/her normal life trying to connect with such a vast collection of videos?For one things,video demands huge allocation of one's time.Can anybody reasonably find the time for sites,like Netflix.

Netflix is also bad for climate change.If anybody is serious about cutting down one's carbon footprint,he/she should not subscribe to Netflix.

Let me come to my point--I came to know of the stream-fest from a site called 'Ukhrultimes'.I keep a tab opened for the site as I want myself updated for any happening in Ukhrul.Netflix and Ukhrul--what a connection!If I did not come across the site from a social media platform on that last of the fest,I would not have the chance to log into Netflix!!

I promptly logged into Netflix--for the fest,the log in was kept extremely simple.I instantly felt how competitive a corporation Netflix might be.Only a few hours later I felt vindicated--I received an sms in my phone thanking for my first visit to their site--judging by the timestamp of the sms it seemed to come all the way from their headquarters in California.

I watched a wonderful documentary--"Human Nature".

The slick documentary makes it easy for us laymen to understand what CRISPR is.

Without CRISPR,it is impossible to usher into messenger RNA technology.It's the tech behind the BioNtech covid 19 vaccine,currently in use in the UK and the US.

It's interesting to note that bioNtech is a tiny company(almost a startup) run by a husband and wife team,who are Turkish immigrant to Germany.An Islamic couple coming to the rescue of blindly Islamophobic West!

What is most interesting is that bioNtech has been testing the mRNA tech to cancer and HIV patients--with encouraging initial findings.

Now,we must say Ukhrul,Netflix,CRISPR and mRNA--what a connection!

The moral of the story--one should not fail to listen to the small (and apparently less significant,by size or whatsoever) ingredients in a whole process.

That leads me to remember (late) Andy Gove--the past CEO of Intel Corp.

What's there in this chaotic world more fitting way than to end this year with the words of Andy Gove?

Yet another set,this time, inside their mountain-top "homes"?

 Some of the gems I had found out in the media during the last few days.

1) A well-known person from the Heinganag Assembly constituency came out(on one of the social media accounts of that person,which,by the ways,happens to have a substantial followers) with a curious video clip--curious in the sense the video clip shows that person standing on a mountain top at this time of the season!

I had a chance to feel how the weather is beating down on the residents of the towns of the mountain ranges of Manipur--it was snowing there.The video was by a random youtuber;at first sight,I thought it might be somewhere in Korea.Only when the youtuber started to speak I came to realize the scene belongs to some mountain-top towns of Manipur,In that cell phone video I could easily see the snows coming down relentlessly--I thought how cold it might be there.

In such a weather,that Heingang personality did not stand on just a simple mountain top--that particular mountain top looks down on a several rows of velvety mountain tops.Highest mountain top of that particular geographical area!!

Now,what's makes us asking  a lot of questions after seeing this particular video clip?

The video clip comes out just in right time--just two days after I published my last post.

In my last post,we discussed about the keywords-- "Heingang", "masked gunmen" and "an editor".

2) The next morning itself saw another curious development.

On the Imphal station of AIR,in that morning programme, it seemed that they cherry picked a documentary that's a lot to do with Himalaya and its off-shoots--Manipur's mountain ranges.

3) Then came "Mann ki Baat".

At the fag end of the last episode of the year 2020,there was a still another curious end game--Himalaya and pollution. (Did they anticipate some actions along the Ladakh sector?)

Only about 14 hours later,the dogs began barking.

Last night,I was woken up by a bursting desire to pee.I struggled to come out of my bed--it was so cold!

As I was struggling to get off the warmth of my bed,it slowly registered on my senses the feverish barking of dogs.Several dogs barking at the same time-- a sure sign that a particular stirring had drawn the attention of several dogs at the same time.That means the stirring did not come out of someone moving around stealthily.It should mean that several people moving around openly.

That was the stream of thought coming to my mind,the body of which was still snuggled beneath the thick layers of woolen blankets!

Finally,I managed to came off the bed.

As I was coming out of the toilet,the intensity of dogs' barking grew stronger.That made me cursed myself--how I woke up after getting only a few hours of sleep--it must not  even be midnight.

I was about to literally jump into my bed.But the ever growing intensity dogs' barking steered me to the next room where I put all my phones(no phones in my bed--I want to minimize the incidence of cell phone radio waves on my body,especially,my head).I picked up one of them-- to my surprise,it was 1.30 am.

1.30 in this freezing winter morning and several people moving around openly?

This thought made me sleepless.

Then,unconsciously,my mind began to connect the dots.

Keishampat area abounds in students hostels.

It is an open secret that some people are building glittering students hostels making sensible onlookers wondering where the money comes from.Simples cases of disproportionate assets.

A sudden thoughts came flooding into my minds.

What if the three actors whom I mentioned in my last post sank in huge money in building some of these student hostels?As these students hostels run kitchens for the students staying in their rooms,there must be a steady coming in  and going out of goods vehicles.That can happen even in the odd hours without attracting anybody's attention.

This sounds like a perfect front for a rebel groups's logistic operation.

Now,let's build up a scenario.

Let's assume that another set of rebel leaders,sheltering on mountain top bases,were taken down.As the battle field is on a remote mountain top there is no need to use precision weapons.We can theorize that the particular rebel group,whose leader returned "home" on  a particular 28th day,deploy blunt weapons attempting large scale targets.(We should note here the latest retaliatory attack happened on the early hours of the 28th December 2020),

This scenario could only mean that there would be several deaths and many more who are severely injured.

This makes us to connect to the feverish dogs barking at 1.30 am in my neighbourhood.

That could mean that one of the three rebel groups might have activated their secret logistic centres kept hidden inside a students hostel.They might be in an emergency mode.In the chilly mountain tops those hurt in the attack would surely need medicines,woolen blankets.foods etc.At the risk of their cover being blown over,they were trying to rush in emergency medicines,woolen and foods to their mountain top "second homes",that is,their "bases".

If we read this together with my last four posts,it is reasonable to assume that there should be retaliation on the "second homes",that is,their "bases" up on the mountain tops.We all know that it all begins with the targeted covert attack on a leader who returned "home".

A perfectly fitting endgame,a retaliation for a covert attack on a leader peacefully returning and staying as a common folk in his "home"--we should be explicit this time,retaliation on several mountain top "homes" ( that is,the "bases") of the three rebel groups.

Today is the 28th of December.

We must remember (by reading the last four posts) that they are trying to eliminate the leader who is at "home" by the 31st of December 2020.

There are four days left.

But the three rebel groups seem to be on an emergency mode.

That makes us to ask this question--do the three rebel groups still have the resources and will to home into their target by their publicly announced timeline,that is,by the 31st of December 2020?

Judging by their logistic operation at 1.30 am(that too,at the risk of blowing off the cover of their prized logistic operation centre),it is reasonable to assume that the three rebel groups are still stunned by the scale and effectiveness of the retaliatory strikes on the mountaintop "homes".

Stunned means that they are now bewildered,not knowing how to mop up their remaining resources,resulting in ever diminishing will to fight back.

Decoding the covert-speak,finding the thin red line and facing the silhouette of the three actors.

 1) Decoding the covert-speak:

a) It is shocking for me to find out some people connected with drinking water start talking 'poison' in public domain.

b) For the last feew days,something inside me flinched whenever I had heard people mentioning the number '31'--I mean important people mentioning the number '31' in the public domain.

It has been confusing and bewildering for me.

c) But such feelings vanishes when I read in the newspaper that a junior Union minister had landed in Imphal on the 20th of  December 2020 in an unannounced visit.It is now clear that they are planning something big between the 20th and 31st of  December.How big? Prepare for the shock--they are planning to add poison to drinking water,utilizing the underground network  of pipes,which are the lifelines for the people for drinking water.

If we read this together with my last post,it is clear that the D Day has now becomes flexible--it can be any day between the 20th and 31st Dec.

d) As soon as he landed, the junior minister attended a religious function in a temple complex located just beside the  Tiddim Road.Tiddim Road!

As we had discussed in my last post,a new set of rebel leaders were likely taken down--those taken down might be the residents of the places along the Tiddim Raod.

The schedule of the following day is attendance of a function relating to the spiritual circuit of tourism in Manipur(the  junior minister deals with culture and tourism).The venue of the function is located inside Konung Mamang.As soon as we hear the word,Konung Mamang,it is instinctive to decipher the move as sending a message to Lamyanba office.We should recall that a team NIA sleuths from New Delhi in hush hush operation raided the Lamyanba office--that was some years back but more important for us here is that  the raid was conducted because the NIA suspect that Lamyanba office functions as a front for a major rebel group.

They are trying to link the covert operations along the Tiddim Raod, taking down a set of rebel leaders ,to an office located  in Konung Mamang.

But the most interesting thing is yet to come.

The junior minister is also attending another religious function inside Heingang Assembly Constituency,that too,in chief  minister's residence.

Didn't the word 'Heingang' ring a bell?

I'm writing this from memory.I think it must be around three years back.

The  place where this startling incident happened is Heingang.It was,and still,the first instance of this kind of incidence.

A group of masked gunmen brazenly forced their ways inside the house of a well-known journalist(now,an editor) located inside the Heingang Assembly Constituency.They began threatening people,including women and children.

They claimed that they were searching for something.

That incident remains a mystery even today.

Nay,the mystery deepens way further, making us bewildered--when a junior minister is made to visit there in an unannounced visit--forcing us to recall the keywords-'Heingnag','masked gunmen' and 'an editor'.

So,they are targeting some people living within the geographical boundary of Heingang Assembly Constituency.In my last  post,we thought that their target might be only two men--the present and past presidents of a rebel groups.Now,from the keywords 'Heingang' and 'Lamyanba office',it is reasonable to guess that their targets might be people in double digits.

2) Finding the thin red line.

During the next 11 days they are planning to add poison to the drinking water--that too,to the water delivered to the lakhs of people in Manipur,via the network of underground pipes.

The benchmark of a terror attack is the one that is commonly known as 9/11.The casualty in that benchmark episode is less than 4000  deaths.

Here,in this tiny valley of Manipur,during the next 11 days,they are planning to add poison to drinking water,putting the health of lakhs of people in serious jeopardy.

People might not die in a spectacular fashion,like those happened in 9/11.

But,during the next 2 to 3 years there would be virtually an epidemic,mostly of kidney failures.It is because the suspected chemical substance that they are planning to add to the drinking water of Manipur are one or two amongst the heavy metals,which are commonly used to poison people leading to slow deaths.

This blogger need not spell out how they are going to cross the thin red line--the line between the legitimate covert warfare and open and willful terrorist attack.

3) The silhouette of the actors.

My last post mentioned that planning these terrorist act are three group of actors.

From the 20th of Dec onwards we are presented with silhouette of these actors.

Two actors are deputed on the ground,assigned to execute the dirty works.

The third actor is watching the whole procedure from the comfortable space inside power corridors of the government of Manipur.

The actor has already infiltrated well inside the power corridor of the government of Manipur.

The scale and quality of their infiltration is such that a juniour minister all the way from New Delhi can be made to rush down to Imphal,that too,in an unannounced visit.

It is now quite clear how well they place themselves inside the power structure of the government of Manipur.They can not only make a minister to come to Manipur but also can make him  stick to an exact schedule serving their purpose--a religious function along the Tiddim Road,another function in Konung Mamang and yet,another religious function in Heingang Assembly Constituency,that too,in chief minister's residence.

Another set of rebel leaders taken down?

 The trigger to this question is prompted by the quixotic switching of the president of the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee(MPCC) ordered from New Delhi.(For clarity,this post is best read together with my next to last post).

Another such question was raised(and the hints of the first set of rebel leaders being taken down answered by the said question itself) by the unbelievable political development in Kakching in the first week of November 2020(my next to last post).

The story begins from the most unlikely quarters.

On the 28th day of one of the last few months of the year 2020,a minor league writer was cherry-picked to award the prestigious Manipur State Award for Literature,which also carries a substantial cash component.

On the 28th day of one of the last few months of the year 2019,one of the senior-most leaders of a rebel group returned home and began leading a simple life(like most common folks)in his house.

The two events connect.The connection is being reinforced by the title of the book for which the prize was awarded--the book is a compilation of "My hone and other stories".

The two keywords highlighted by the whole exercise are--"the 28th day" and "home".

(The selection of the said Manipur State Literature Award,2020 can be best understood if we put on the canvass two words,namely,"The Mob" and 'The Literature".The mobbish elements inside the Govt of Manipur was leveraged by the equally mobbish elements inside the ruling class in New Delhi to bypass legions of senior,more creative and more erudite writers to home in to a minor league writer,solely because the unsuspecting writer has a book titled,"My Home").

Right at the moment ,let's add another key word,"the president",as prompted by the just cancelled visit of Mr JP Nadda,the president of the Bharatya Janata Party.

So,the target of the covert operation,led by New Delhi and,of course,collaborated by three rebel groups of Manipur(my next to last post) is the president of a rebel group who is now staying at his home but came back to his home on a 28th day.

Now comes the quixotic switching of the MPCC president,ordered by New Delhi(Delhi's ruling class consist of leaders of several political parties,including,BJP and INC).The outgoing president is from the Heirok Assembly Constituency.Again.we have to add  yet another keyword--Heirok.

By adding the fourth keyword,Heirok,to the already established three keywords,any informed newspaper reading common folk can guess who  the targets are.It's easy--the present and the past presidents of a particular rebel group.The battle is between this particular rebel versus the combined collaboration of New Delhi and the three rebel groups.The D day for the covert attack is 28th Dec 2020.

But an innocuous brick comes between the planned covert attack on the 28th Dec and its actual execution.

A brick struck the wind shield of the car carrying Mr JP Nadda,who was on his way to Diamond Harbour in West Bengal(that was on the 10th Dec and after this Bengal stint,Mr Nadda was scheduled to land in Imphal on the 13th).

Mr JP Nadda,suddenly and uncharacteristically cancelled  his scheduled visit to Manipur on the 13th and 14th Dec.

The president of the Bharatya Janata Party intimidated by a single brick of Bengal?

There is more to the seemingly innocuous story.General Bipin Rawat,Chief of Defence Staff,suddenly materialized in Kolkata on the 14th Dec and told mediaperson that there has been perceptibly stepped-up military activities in Tibet Military Region in China.

Reading between the lines,Gen Rawat effectively revealed that there is a connection between the seemingly innocuous brick of  Bengal that hit Mr JP Nadda's car and the stepped-up military activities in Tibet,China.

So,Gen Bipin Rawat told us that New Delhi,by forcing Mr Nadda to cancel his Manipur visit,is retreating from the planned covert attack.

Now,the big news.

As Gen Bipin Rawat was announcing New Delhi's retreat,the particular rebel group which was the target of the planned covert attack,apparently came into attack mode.It seems that the particularly rebel group took down another set of rebel leaders belonging to the three collaborators of New Delhi.(For the information on the first set of rebel leaders who were already taken down,please refer to my next to last post).

To show support to the rebel groups which had just lost several of their leaders,ruling class in New Delhi ordered their quixotic switching of MPCC president.

As the new president of the MPCC is from a Assembly Constituency which lies along the Tiddim Road,it is reasonable to conclude that all the rebel leaders just taken down were also from the places lying along the Tiddim Road.I suspect that another set of leaders of the three rebel groups were taken down.

As things stand now,New Delhi is out of the picture--it has retreated.But if one out of the four collaborators backed off,the majority of the players are still in the field and,naturally,the whole project is not deemed cancelled.

Or,are the remaining three collaborators,the three rebel groups,still in the game?

With New Delhi,the leading figure of the planned covert attack,scheduled for the 28th Dec 2020,already retreated,do the leaders of the three rebel groups have the stomach to lead the field,like true warriors, and wage the already decided covert war on the 28th of December,2020?

I am eagerly waiting for the coming of the 28th day of the month of December of the year 2020 to see how the great fight unfolds itself(or,will it be a stomach-churning experiment?).

Two questions : one, disturbing and another, fundamental.

 My body is so accustomed to be woken up by the "Pena Yakairol" over the public address system early every morning at around 3.30 am to 4 am.

This early morning my body was forced to go without its daily early morning stimuli.

So,I woke up late today.I had my breakfast late.This made my body to re-aligned with one-off late breakfast with the accustomed early morning ones.My body is so sensitive to the so minuscule changes to its immediate surrounding.

Why no 'Pena Yakairol" this morning?

My so sensitive body had sprung up to take note of the yet another minuscule(and so easily overlooked) marker of the 24th day of the month of the year 2020.A minuscule possibility of the unlikely relationship between the just-discovered marker of the 24th day of this November and non-availability of "Pena Yakairol" over the public address system this morning?

The marker : 24th November is the raising day of one the numerous rebel groups of Manipur.

Juxtaposing this marker with the practical significance of "Pena Yakairol",this day has just made us come to face to face with one important facet of it -- "Pena Yakairol" announces 'this is now early morning hours--let's make this day an auspicious and fruitful day'.

Going along with this facet of  'Pena Yakairol"'s significance,we can deduce that some people or agencies do not want this 24th day of the month of November of the year 2020 to be 'an auspicious and fruitful day'.(Does the word 'agencies' point to some rebel groups when we take into account the intense rivalries amongst the rebel groups of Manipur?)

Final deduction:Some rebel groups do not want this 24th day of the month of November of the year 2020 to be  'an auspicious and fruitful day' (with the aim to throw a spanner in the birthday celebrations of the particular rebel group).

This makes us to go to the disturbing question:

-- Are the early morning "Pena Yakairol" powered by some of the rebel groups of Manipur?

Again, a fundamental question that will surely shape up the future course of our society:

-- What will be our society's response if some of the rebel groups of Manipur start to encroach upon religious practices of its people?

Unbelievable political development in Kakching and India's favourite rebel group.

 If one have the virtue of restraint and,for the sake of decency,coaxes himself not to go off the tangent in using chicest expletives in describing the political development in Kakching ,the least he can do to size it up,is to to say that it is unbelievable.UNBELIEVABLE.Period.

Everybody in our society should ask why this kind of unbelievable political development starts happening in our place.We should be worrying ourselves to death to ascertain if this kind of development indicate that our society is heading towards a precipice.

To make the question more robust,let's chart out how this development sends out two mysterious but extremely worrying pattern.

1) It shows the dangerously asymmetric facet of the unitary nature of the Indian Union.The Executive branch can 'coax' the leading members of the Judicial branch(and also the leading members of the Fourth Estate) to act in an overtly political manner.If one reads it together with the war-mongering Hindu supremacist ideology of the RSS(of which,the incumbent Prime Minister is a proud and extremely hard working member) there is no way not to conclude that India is sliding towards a terrifying political zone.

2) The players of Delhi's ruling class is taking an extremely risky path of 'influencing' the Judicial branch to act in an overtly political manner with the sole aim of publicly spelling out who is their favourite rebel group of Manipur.It shows that they have no political will and so,they are hiding behind the walls of respect and trust generally reserved for the judiciary in this part of the world.But,in doing so,they have taken the first steps in chipping away at the respect and trust instilled in the hearts of the general public.It is a sad story,more so,for a self-glorifying  largest democracy of the world.

The above two conclusions by this blogger are certainly a destabilizing ones,to say the least.To top it all,I have not got a single data in my possession to prove the veracity of them.

Then,why this blogger has taken all this trouble to publish them?

Isn't it the sensationalism at its height?

This blogger takes all the trouble to publish them to propel people to ask this make or break question of our generation:

Is there an active and well-fought covert warfare currently ongoing in Manipuri society?

As is the norm of all covert warfare,all the common people(that includes this blogger also) shall have no data to prove the ongoing covert warfare.Even so,we must always try to find the answers by asking this supposedly futile question.

To stop asking the supposedly futile question would indicate that  we stop living in a dynamic and organic society,

In the estimation of this blogger,there is an extremely well-fought and still ongoing  covert warfare amongst the rebel groups of Manipur on one hand and between one particular rebel group and Indian military,on the  other.

The sad story is that at least three rebel groups of Manipur have joined hands with the Indian military to covertly take down the leaders of this one particular rebel group who is in the throes of the covert fighting with the Indian military.(The key word here is the LEADERS.To make this point clearer, we should pinch ourselves to force the memories of some two decades streaming back to the present time--nearly two decades back there were open gunbattle amongst rebel groups,particularly between two rebel groups,resulting in 300 to 400 casualties in young rebel cadres.Apparently,all the rebel groups learnt their lessons that taking down young cadres did not give their desired result.So,now,they are trying to take down the leaders of their opposing groups--that too,in covert operation,beyond the eyesight of the common people.The fact that the unbelievable political development happened in Kakching bears testimony to the possibility of the taking down of sizable numbers of leaders of a group,residing within the geographical area of Kakching district.This successful taking down of the Kakching-based leaders of the particular rebel group gives sleepless night to the leaders of the ruling class of Delhi.They also want to convey their sympathy to the suffering rebel group--that too,in a dramatic,imperialistic and publicly-visible manner.That is the reason why the unbelievable political development is happening in Kakching right at the moment.)

The recent political development in Kakching happened because India wants to equivocally announce who is their favourite amongst the three rebel groups.One possible indicator to find out who is this favourited rebel group is to ask this question:

Who amongst the three rebel groups,have the largest top leaders in Kakching district?

If one can find out the answer of the above question,one can inch towards identifying who is India's favourite rebel group in Manipyr.A rebel group favourited by India.Sad,sad story.

Saddest story of our time, I would say.

POSTSCRIPT

I'm still utilizing the tap water of the 6th November 2020 for my drinking purpose.

The three rebel groups that I've mentioned in the main body of this post,actually ganged up together to put chemicals into water of public utility department.It's a horrifying act.

It's a crime against humanity.

The rough sketch of how they carry out this evil act is given below.

Aluminium Nitrate is a commonly used water purrifying agent.But,if added in larger doses,it becomes a killer agent.

These three rebel groups add disproportionately large doses of Aluminium Nitrate to the tap water.Their aim is to eliminate this blogger.

How?

Won't this act put the lives of thousand of innocent civilian who are using the water of the utlility department as the sole source of their drinking water. 

They have a magic calculation to skirt this issue.It is noted down below.

1) The single-member household is a rarity.(Unfortunately,this blogger situates in this bracket).

2) Currently,we are getting tap water on every fifth day.

3) Suppose an average household is a five member one.On a given day five days duration,each member would drink,on the average,10 litres of excess-Aluminium-laden water.

4)In a single member household,it stands to reason that it is not necessary to collect drinking water on every fifth day(meaning the single member householders would continue to drink the contaminated water way beyond the next fifth day).They would do it most likely on the 3rd fifth day  of the public distribution of tap water.(I actually do it,on the average,on the 4th fifth day).

5) From the above set of information,we can deduce that while the members of the five member household drink,on the average,10 litres of aluminium-laden water,the members of the single-member house would consume,on the average,30 litres of the same water.Thus,this blogger is easily targeted(and they most likely know there is nil single-member household in my area,except mine).

6) In this light,the gangs of these three rebel groups make a simple calculation.They add excess aluminium nitrate to the water of the public distribution pipelines of my area in a ratio that will make the water act as a killer agent if consumed in excess of 10 litres.

They are making this calculation to make the tap water not toxic enough to make people sick(but toxic,nonetheless)if consumed to the tune of 10 litres in five days interval.If consumed beyond these important threshold,the water would make people sick.

This simple calculation reveals itself as a powerful weapon of a covert warfare,even though,the very act crosses accepted norms of covert warfare,thus dragging themselves inside the zone inhabited by the perpetrators of crime against humanity.

I'm telling this story of my drinking water woes because,I think,it would shine light on how covert warfare continues to happen in broad daylight and amidst our immediate neighbourhood--that too,even utilizing the supposedly sacred network of drinking-water carrying pipes of the utility department.They are certainly the demons who do not hesitate to contaminate public utility pipelines of the utility department of a particular area.

'Ting', 'ting' and two prophesies(2)

1) Give a fresh lease of life to activities of interactive growth.

2) Choose the leaders who are making less soundbytes but putting more emphasis on work progress.

3) Be as focus to your goal as the common people single-mindedly focus on the mundane matter as their lifeline(which looks like a little foolhardy but their make or break focus is still noteworthy).

4) Here I need to deploy a wildly elegant construction in our language which I stumbled upon only a few days back during the writing of first draft of my monograph;it would be impossible to give even a gist of the newly-found construction here in this space.By deploying this knowledge,it is clear that the prophesy tells us to be as nimble as something which can actually lift itself off this ground and to get the grip of the situation as firmly as a vice.Nimbleness and the firmness of grip expressed by a single word--it is wildly elegant--actually this blogger is lost of his words to describe the experience.

5) By the same deployment,wisdom and firmness of stand--this time also,expressed by a single word.The prophesy coaxes us to grow up into adults embracing those qualities,detailed here and,in (4).

'Ting', 'ting' and two prophesies (1)

This morning's radio programme had a student's section which had two prophesies discussed as rhymes.

I'm also in a mood for a mini announcement that I had started the first draft of my monograph on a reasonably thick students exercise book but there are exactly 8 pages left now.I'm making a steady progress and this lockdown is proving to be a boon for my monograph.

Nungsha o thorak o

Urum leima changkhro

Haoreibigi ingkholda lashing pollang phoubani

Huina yenna sokkhini

Konnaraba ting ting

1)'Nungsha' is the 'curious among-st the common people who are still vacillating'--the prophesy calls out on them to come out.

2) 'Urum' is the intellectual class--let this class make its retreat.(Please note the pun in the next word,'leima'--this class lacks vitality--I'm using the gender neutral term).

3) 'Haoreibi' denotes 'the leaders who has strategies and tactics which are not workable( in a sense,not compatible with the present geo-political situation)--in the area of influence of the 'Haoreibi' vast trove of ideologies espousing populism are on display (more like those sunbathing on a beach).

4) (a)'Hui' are 'those who flatter';'Yen' are either 'those attracted by the glitters' or 'those very adept at worldly affairs' or both.In a feudalistic parlance(which is more fitting in the  present development of our society),they are the 'court jesters'.There is acute of danger of these 'court jesters' being infected by the germs of those trove of ideologies.

4) (b) The prophesy tells us to beware of the point of time when the swell in the ranks of these 'court jesters',now roundly infected by the germs of those trove of ideologies, pierces the inflection point which would prove fatal for our society.

5) 'Konnaraba' is 'the society-wide distribution of small actions or efforts aiming for unification'.The prophesy instructs us to give a fresh lease of life to the interactive processes to be deployed in those rooms of 'konnaraba'

'Sandrenbi' and 'Chaisra'.

I was just done with listening to 'Mann ki Baat'.Then,came the Manipuri news and when it came to an end,I,on some impulse,switched channel.

That made me come face to face with a radio drama of just after the noon.Most of the time I cannot withstand the impact of the melodramatic tenor of most of these genre.I came to face to face with this drama by chance.

The title of the drama is 'Sannarembi'.

To my surprise,the drama came fully loaded with prophesies.

I will try my hands in decoding them.

1) My knowledge does not make any headway when it is 'Sannarembi'.But I can do it if it is 'Sandrenbi'

'Sandrenbi' refers to the leaders who are on--

A) borrowed space,

B) active interactive relationship with minor league operatives of the populist

2) 'Chaisra' is powerful populist class.The key word is 'powerful'.

The food of 'chaisra' is 'Theng-gu',which refers to artificial metrics of the dark space.

3) Then,come the three important operative terms--a)'Khunu',b)'sajik' and c)'Heijrang'.

A) 'Khunu' refers to the common people whose voice has been muffled.

B) This muffling exercise is being carried out by institutional spaces powered by the populist.The key word is 'institutional'.

C) (A) and (B) will result in 'Heijrang' which refers to the epitome of turbulent society.

When this stage arrives,it is time for the qualifying prophesy--

'Sandrenbi' thoraklo
Nahum ponjem sabige
Lai khubaak
Khubige

1) Evidently,the first lines calls out the 'Sandrenbi'.

2) There are two parts--

a) We will show the small space where there are secretive strategies and tactics.

b) When you reach the above space,you can start planning for small game plans and. the start of some baby activities.

3) We will provide you with the protective space for your muffled voice.

4) We will give protection to your muffled voice.

Now,comes the important qualifier.

Te activities from (2) to (4) will be carried out by 'Lai'.To discuss the term 'lai',lets re-read the portion dealing with the term 'la' in my next to last post.

What is 'la'?

To make our effort more manageable,let's start with the sublime form of 'la'.As in the case of 'hei',the sublime form of 'la' is 'lei'.It's common knowledge that 'lei' carries two meanings--(a)the tongue and (b) the flower.The tongue conveys the power to taste and to take a major part in forming sounds mirroring our feelings or the words.And the flower(by virtue of its attractiveness) conveys the power to form connections or relationship a nutshell,the meanings of (a) and (b) convey physical manifestation(Of course,there might other meanings aw well).As 'la' is the parent term,it also carries the same meaning.

So,the term 'lai' refers to the blood and flesh edition of 'la'!

From the above discussion,we come to know that the 'lai's are going to play the crucial part of consolidators and leading role on taking the fight to the powerful populists.


POSTSCRIPT

This refers to the discussion on the term 'lai'.

If we go by the deduction in arriving at the definition of 'lai',we have no other option to define 'salai' as the blood and flesh edition of  populism.

This conclusion actually caught me unprepared and a way too surprised also.

'Salai' situates in the domain of bad connotation!!

I'm still pondering over this conclusion of mine.

'Laanmei' and 'Thaanbi".

Just heard it over the radio this morning.

This particular prophesy was mentioned just once in the song.I was waiting for the repeat mention but it never came.I'm not sure I heard the last sentence(a single word--how elegant it is!) correctly.And,I have  not been able verify it independently.(I did open up some dusty books but I could not find it there also).

The prophesy,as I heard it in a song in this morning radio programme:

Laanmei
Thaanbi
Toi toi
Hangen poura
Kit.

1) Oh! Geniuses of the small place(or country),

2) Oh! Leaders of the small population(or society),

3) Enlarge and enhance the scope and areas of interactions.

4) Then,let the detailed and goal-specific strategies and tactics be manifested themselves in well-selected and goal-enhancing areas only.

5) After this,make rooms for further interactions.

'Meitrabak' and 'Kangleipak'.

The part of the term 'heirangkhoi'--'rang' or 'lang--''(my last post) had sent me into a thinking frenzy all day long yesterday.

That put me into analyzing the 'la' in the word 'kangla' and ultimately,to the proposed names of our land,namely 'Meitrabak' and 'Kangleipak'.

'Meitrabak' had already outlived its purpose for obvious reason--the term implies our land to be of a mono-cultural;everyone  in  our land,I guess,yearns to be liviing in a multi-cultural society.This leaves us with the single contender,'Kangleipak'.

1) Everybody thinks that 'Kangleipak' comes from 'Kangla Leipak',meaning land of Kangla.

2) Let's start with 'Kangla'.The term is composed of two parts--'Kang' and 'La'.

3) What is 'Kang'?

   As we have already seen in another post dealing with the similar formation,the word 'kang' means       either of the following  two:

   A) Multiple 'ka's.

   B) A 'ka' to which life is bestowed or a living 'ka'.

   It's clear we get to deal with the second meaning for our purpose here.From our common day to           day  usage we know that 'ka'  denotes a four dimensional space--a room.Again,from our day today       usage also,we know 'kang' is the act of drying.

   Here,again,we come face to face a very elegant construction of our language.Drying happens when     the liquid(trapped within a  cloth or anything,for that matter) changes its state to gaseous one.

   From the above analysis,we can conclude that the living 'ka',namely,'kang' is the 'ka' which can           change its state to  another one.

4)What is 'la'?

5) So,the term 'kangla' means both the metaphysical and physical manifestation of 'kang' or the living 'ka'--the one which can change its state (or,physical from) at will.From the stories we inherited from time immemorial,we come to know those who occupied the throne at Kangla came out taking its human form during the day and performed their duties as the rulers of the land. During night time they would change their state or form to a living dragon.Those stories might be the stylized form of saying that 'Kangla' is everything to do with the idea of changing from one state to another.

Let's try our hand for our present time by tearing off the stylization or the mythical part.

We begin with a graphical narrative.Suppose some people from Kabo(Burma) come to Kangla.Upon their arrival,all the people managing the affairs of the Kangla,especially,the leader, should immediately transform themselves to their nearest selves to mirror the essence of what a Kabo is.This will enable them to talk to the Kabo in the spirit of true brotherhood--they will talk of Kabo culture,their present status etc.

This exact thing will happen when some Tangkhul people come to the 'Kangla' etc etc.

We can continue the same narrative for every ethnic communities that comes into contact with the 'Kangla'.

This narrative is particularly so important because the 'Kangla' should serve as the rallying point for all the ethnic communities surrounding it.

Now,we see that,in modern parlance,the term 'Kangla' exactly expresses the idea of 'real politic'.

So,'Kangla' is both metaphysical and physical manifestation of 'real politic'.

The metaphysical and graphical manifestation of the practice of the art of the possible.

6) If we go by the metaphysical side of the interpretation of 'Kangla',it is far from appropriate to name our land after 'Kangla'.

7) But we can understand it when some constituents withn our society want to name our land after the term 'Kangla' by taking the graphical side of the meaning.

8) In attempting to do so,should we put the word 'leipak' after 'Kangla',as was done in the case of 'Meitrabak'?

9) Here,trying to answer the above question,we need to know the context of how the question arises.I think it's common knowledge that the term 'Meitrabak' comes from the constituent within our society which is broadly identified as 'Meitei Marup'.The person within this group who is more closely connected with the term 'Meitrabak' is (late) Mr Takhellambam Bokul.And,the term 'Kangleipak' comes from the constituent within our society who were broadly identified by the monthly journal,'Kangleikhol'.I must admit here that I was a regular reader of 'Kangleikhol' and in fact,I was once a fully paying subscriber  of the monthly.The leadpng figure of this group is Prof Ng Kangjia.If we compare the two terms--'Meitrabak' and 'Kangleipak'--it's unmistakable that Prof Kangjia follows the well-trodden path of the late Takhellambam Bokul.

But,we cannot fault both of these leading figures for the path they had taken.I think it is a generational problem.They both belong to those generations whose subconscious minds were so unobtrusively coloured by the narrative of Sanskrit grammar.It's almost superhuman task to self analize one's sub-conscious mind.Both the terms--''Meitrabak' and 'Kangleibak'--are the products of centuries long efforts of forcing Manipuri language into the strait-jacket of Sanskrit grammar.

10) So,what is the way out? How do we go about if we try to name our land after the term 'Kangla'?

We need to have a look at the following analysis:
   A) 'la',when taken graphically,is the expanse into the horizon.If we put a 'm' in the 'la',it becomes         'lam'.which is a  stretch of the expanse--a portion of the expanse with a boundary.
 
   B) In the same vein,we put suffix  'm' to all of our surnames to carry the meaning that the                      occupationally-defined sets of people are living within their respective well-defined boundaries.

By taking the cues from the above analysis,we should put the suffix 'm' to the term 'Kangla' when we try to name our land after 'Kangla'.

Here,we have the term 'Kanglaam'.'Kangleipak' is the term which comes out from the wrong construction of our language(most probably,inspired by Sanskrit grammar).The term 'Kanglaam' is the result of the journey of the pursuit of the right construction of our language.

11) As a corollary,is the term 'Kanglei' the sublime form of the parent term 'Kangla'?This question arises because we have already said that 'lei' as the sublime form of 'la'.I'm not yet sure of the answer.But if the answer is yes(right now,i'm more inclined to this 'yes' answer),then the 'Kanglei' means the connoisseur-level  practice of the art of the possible.

12) On some later posts,this blogger will try his hands in decoding the term 'Koubru'.But if some constituents within our society want to name our land after 'Koubru',they should never put word 'leipak' as a suffix to 'Koubru'.They should never say 'koubruleipak'.But,they should,instead,say 'Kouprum'.


POSTSCRIPT

This postscript relates to the another postscript dated 23rd June 2020--that is,the postscript of my next to last  post.

By now,I can confirm that the gangs representing the religio-linguistic constituents of our society did actually break into my house in the morning of 22nd June 2020.

The current estimate is that they got off after hauling off the stocks of heavy metal fortified rice,moong and sagolhawai.They were careful enough to replace the stocks they had taken away with exact  same amount of the same stocks.By a cursory look,my containers of the said three stocks look the same before  and after the break in.

But,another question cropped up yesterday evening.

What if they made all the pretense of whisking the tainted foodstuffs away so that I might consider the present stock in my possession as the ones that are safe to eat? Are they coaxing me to eat the tainted stocks(which they pretended to whisk away with)?

Should I consider the present stock safe to eat?

Should I eat them?

'Heirangkhoi' and 'chindamba'

Just heard over the radio in a science serial about 'heirangkhoi' and 'chindamba'.

  'Heirangkhoinida
   channaba heinida
   sidagi henne haoba heidi
   chindamba heinida.

By using my newly acquired knowledge of the basic structure of Manipuri language,it comes to the light that 'Heirangkhoi' denotes an oration at its sublime state trying to ignite a society.

'Chindamba' denotes a small action attempting an interaction(apparently within the domain of people and also ,of the domain of places and possibly,across these two domains)

Bringing the prophesy to the present time,it runs like this:

  'Heirangkhoi'--
   It is the junk food
   'Chindamba',on the other hand,
   Is the real fruit,which is,of course,
   More juicy.

'Wainus' : They will come flying over Manipur.

There is still another significant prophesy which says that 'wainus' will come flying over Manipur and it would serve as a sign that war is coming.

In this context,we need to re-visit 'wainu' here.

First,it's imperative that we again read my post 'Gangajal and crime against humanity'.In the said post we had discussed the following points:

1)The vangyuard of the Ganga basin civiliztion banished the Buddha from his homeplace,only to be taken back symolically as one of the 'dus avatar' centuries later.

2)They also mudered Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.

3)Now,they are planning to add poisons to the foods and drinking water to assassinate the members of the leading class of Manipur.

The vanguard of the Ganga basin civilization exactly fits into the definition of 'wainu',as was succinctly pointed out in my last post.'Wainu' denotes people having outlook of restricted horizon.

The vanguard of the Ganga basin civilization are the 'wainus'.

Now,let's come to the second part of the prophesy we had discussed in my last post.

  Wainu ta noi noi.

1)The prophesy is calling out the 'wainus'--the banguard of the Ganga basin civilization.

2)As was succinctly laid out in my last post,the second and third sentences of the prophesy say there would be great flux within the leaderships of the 'wainu' domain.

As we know that the vanguard of the  Ganga basin civilization is the 'wainu' ,this flux may point to the emergence of 'Hindutva' as the defining characteristic of the Indian civilization and the resultant churns manifested before our own eyes.

3)As was discussed in detail in my last post,there is urgent need for every right thinking citizen of the globe to plot the pathways(and,also fix the position) taken by the self-proclaimed leaders in the graph of the flux.Unless we do this urgently, the globe would be in great danger.

4)The last sentence instructs us to implement the task envisaged in (3) by evaluating the activities of the lower-rung members of the 'wainu'domain--their activities should serve as the barometer to monitor the state of the flux in the leadership tussle within the 'wainu' domain.

Who are the lower-rung members of the 'wainu' domain?

They are the gangs representing the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur,who serve as the collaborators of 'wainus' in  Manipur.This point was discussed in detail in my post entitled 'Gangajal and crime against humanity'.

By making ourselves constantly informed by the readings of this 'barometer',we should be able to ascertain the timing when the 'wainus' would take their flights over Manipur.


POSTSCRIPT

I'm in a crisis mode.

I'm still ascertaining if the gangs representing the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur broke into my house yesterday.

If they did so,it would be the fifth time they broke into my house.

I need to give some details of how they did the break ins in the past.The gangs have a masterkey in their possession.So,the commercially available locks are no use.I also suspect that the device they have been using is a military grade one.

After the last break in I was left with no option but to devise a system whereby my main door is shut closed by using a long wire,which reaches upto my main gate in the street.

The trick is to use the commercial available lock as the end of the wire at my main gate in the street.My main gate is covered by a cctv camera of a shop in the premises of my properties.The trick made me safe for the last several months.The only drawback is that it is such a hassle to put in place the system--it usually takes nearly one hour to do it effectively.For the last several months I have been putting in place a locking system wasting upto one hour of my time every time I go out of my house.

Yesterday,I targeted to do my shopping in under 30 minutes and so,I bypassed the lengthy locking.Now,I think that I made a mistake yesterday.

The question right now are:

1)Did they break in to re-possess the heavy metal fortified rice,moong dal and sagolhawai in my place?

2)Did they they put some poisons in my drinking water as well?

'Wakol' and 'wainu'.

So,today also I wasted one of my working days.

That's because I went out at around 10 in the morning for buying my groceries.

I feel like my world goes crazy because going out to buy my groceries is like going out to frontline of a battlefield.I've been doing this for the last four years.Four years! Come to think of this!!

Here is my first post after I came home purchasing poisoned pork.(Purchase on the previous day).The name of the post is 'The wa,the war and the 'poisoned' money' and it was dated 5th December 2016.

I distinctly remember this post because it was one those rare posts I write during my working hours.At that time also,I was constantly switching meat sellers from whom I purchased pork.That day I made the mistake of buying pork from the same pork seller for the third consecutive time.

As I walked home after purchasing the pork(together with other groceries) some feelings,which are new to new and particularly weird,began to bother me--it was something to do the body language of the meat seller,the way he looked at me that particular day,the way he grasped the portion of his stock from which he chopped off my share of the purchase etc.

Returning home,all those feelings percolated to an acutely disturbing landscape that forced to throw up the question:Am I imagining things?

Around seven in the night,I was at my small front yard,preparing supper by burning chopped woods.I did not particularly fancy cooking by burning woods.But heaps of chopped woods(from the still continuing work of building a new house) were piling up around me.I made it point to give away piles of woods to anyone who wanted to get it.Even after such giving away,piles of chopped were still there.So,I decided to start burning woods for meals to quicken the disposal of the piles.

Then,it happened.

It will be a waste of time to explain what actually transpired at that particular moment.Waste of time in the sense that it would be impossible to tell the story on such a limited space,like this blog.

But I can say with fair degree of certainty that what transpired at that moment was a thoroughly planned out one,and targeting me ,by some sadistic and psychotic minds.

After this,later in the night,I was fairly certain that something ominous had happened to me.How to prove it?Suddenly an idea struck me.How about letting the dogs sniffing out the deadly poison?At that time I was being plagued by some stray dogs defecating exactly at the spot where I should step out first thing in the morning at my gate.So,I quickly took a large portion of the suspected pork and placed it some feet away from the spot where I usually found the dog doo.

First morning the following day,I found the piece of my pork--unmolested amidst so many stray dogs loitering around!!

More than that,from that instant,the dogs never bothered me.And the end of my irritating routine of scooping dog doo from my gate.Fantastic animal instinct,isn't it?

Psychotic and sadistic minds!

Those are the just fitting words to describe the gangs representing the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipurs.I'm fairly certain that they are psychos.

These psychos have been actually tailing me for the last four years.They are keeping people around my place to phone them as soon as I went out of my house.I'm also unlucky in having access to a single gate--I have not any avenue to slip out unseen or unnoticed from my house.

And,I'm been at my wits end to shake off those tails--my world is a maddening place.

Having already come to this stage,I should not go without mentioning my exercise to shake off those tails during the covid19 pandemic.The first thing that's easily visible in this pandemic is the total abscence of public transport from the roads.And,I solely depend on the public transport system to bring the groceries to my place.Now,I have no choice but to go out and bring back the groceries myself.

Last time,I walked early two and half kms(2/12 kms because I was trying to shake off tail by the psychos),bought the groceries weighing around eight kgs and immediately walked backed to my home.Anybody have to do it for themselves to actually experience how weighty 8 kilograms is in their backpacks!How mightily weighty it might be,it did not last me a month.I always aim to buy groceries for one month.I need at least 12/13 kgs of groceries to last me a full one month.

As an aside,once I did try bring home nearly 15 kgs of groceries in my backpack from Moirangkhom area.Well.I can readily affirm herewith that nobody should try 15 kgs in their backpacks!!

I'm going to all the above chatters to say that my day is wasted today.In the meantime,I came upon a song-a song just released yesterday.I was particularly attracted to the song because it was described as a new release from a band which is  described as being retrowave,spacerock,experimental and indie folk. But I could only go to the song only to its halfway mark--I find the song flat and totally commonplace.

The title of the song somehow sticks.The tilte is 'Wakol o'.

After returning from grocery buying outing (thus wasting one of my working days),I suddenly thought--why not try to make up for the waste by applying my newly-discovered basic principle of Manipuri language to decode the "wakol o' Prophesy.

I will start with yet another disclaimer--I wish that I could do word by word steps of decoding the prophesy. But that episode should wait for the publishing of my monograph detailing my newly-discovered idea.

  Chingda taba wakolna tamda tage mahaire
  Tamda taba wakolna chingda tage mahaire
  Wakonna phase li phase
  Wakol tanoi noi

  Wainu o wainu o
  .....  .... ...
  (we have the same lines as the above--the only thing is replace 'wakol' with 'wainu').

!)The first line is addressing 'wakol'.

"wakol' is people having outlook with ample horizon.

'Chingda taba wakol' are those who are ready to sweat it out on the grounds,exercise their intellect to solve the present day problems.

'Tamda tada wakol' are those who become flabby,living in their sheltered and comfort zones.

2)So,the second and third line say that there will be constant flux within the 'wakol' domain as everyone is trying to outdo one another to position themselves as the leading figures.

3)The fourth line says there should be urgent need to plot the different pathways taken by the self-proclaimed leaders(and also,affix their present positions) in the graph of the flux.

4)The fifth line is the most cryptic and also most elegant and profound.The prophesy says that the task envisaged in (3) should be delegated to the lower-rung members of the 'wakol' domain.

(I don't find anything in the prophesy to say what I'm trying to convey in the following line.It is purely my personal opnion.The task to be delegated to the lower-rung should sensibly be purely strategic and tactical in nature.They should be delegated to bring about a working re-allignement within the domain, working according to the just stipulated boundary).

The defining word in the second part of the prophesy is the word 'Wainu'(all other wods being the same as the first part).

'Wainu' is people having outlook with restricted horizon.

The narrative of the second part of the prophesy is the same as the first one after replacing 'wakol' with 'wainu'.

Ah! elegance is thy name!!

I stand totally amazed at the elegance of the choices of words,puns and word constructions found in our prophesies.

This morning I'm taking up two of the prophesies.

1)Se Se Seboti
  Laishram macha boboti
  Nanga eiga kaonasi
  Kanana ngange yengnasi.

A cursory look at the prophesy enables anybody to see that it is something to do with competition or clash.

It's not a simple clash but a clash between two networks of people and groups subscribing to different viewpoints and life goals.

a)Se Se Seboti

The first line identifies the first one of the networks.

This network contains people of vision and principle.But it's not a popular network.

b)Laishram macha boboti.

The second line identifies the remaining network.

This network contains people who are very adept in selling themselves,talkative and glib.This network is a very popular one.

The explicit mention of a major surname is a pun to the populist nature of the network.It is also common knowledge that any locality in Manipur is incomplete without some Laishram households inside them.But it is necessary to decode the word deployed for pun,Laishram,which,apparently,carries a vastly different meaning from the one which defines what the surname stands for.Only after decoding the word 'Laishram' do we come to the conclusion that the prophesy hints at a populist network.

So, the prophesy asks--

Who will be the winner--the visionary versus the populist?

At this stage,a commentary is needed.I've actually planned for a word by word explanation of my interpretation.But I have found out that it is impossible to do so without first putting my newly discovered basic structure of Manipuri language out there in the open to serve as the point of reference for the interpretation I've been making.Part of the reason is the degree in the economy of word usage in the particular prophesies I've chosen this morning.For example,I've actually decoded 'Se se seboti' deploying my newly acquired idea but explaining how I do it without context of the said basic structure of Manipuri language becomes impossible.

And,I also need to state that the least possible space merited by the proposed announcement of the new basic structure of the Manipuri language is in the form of monograph.It is impossible in space,like this English language blog.

2)Tung Tung Tungdrungbi
  Chakrik Nakrik Chawaibi
  Thadoi kou-e-da
  Temu Temu Makhogda Sana Mason Chi chou
  Khat khat-tok-u.

a)The first line is calling out the leaders of a section of our society.

This section of the society is living in the past.They are confident that the mission is accomplished by simply glorifying our past.

b)The second line is calling out the the leaders of the organized groups of people--this includes those undertaking society-wide operations and the provincial ones.

These organized groups are earnestly throwing themselves in the struggles in the efforts to lead the people and society.They are trying their level best to find the correct path.

c)The third line--Calling out the above mentioned leaders,the prophesy implores them to implant the ideals of the 'residents of the moon' in their flesh and blood.For the ideals of 'the residents of the moon',please go back to my last post.

d)The fourth line talks about impostors.

There will be numerous and significant sections or parts in our society where the leadership roles are taken over by the impostors.

They are in disguise,playing the role of responsible leaders.

But they are tempted to make their true presence felt.

For this purpose,in the initial stage,they will send out shock waves throughout the length and breadth of our society by deploying unprincipled and non-conscientious means.But they,themselves, will be in  a safe distance from the beastly deeds;the dirty works will be accomplished by their agents covertly.

But in course of time,the line representing their beastly deeds will approach the inflection point of self-implosion.

At this point of time,the people will start seeing them as what they are,the impostors.

At this point,a brief commentary is needed. Impostor and the words,'sana mason', are placed in the closest possible space.At the first glance,we we tempted to link the impostors with gold or treasures. But it is not the case.It is also a pun--a well-placed one.

e)The last line is what strikes me the most.Such an economy of words but carrying so a profound meaning.

So profound that people would ,shielded,for the moment,from the context of the newly discovered basic structure of Manipuri language,be tempted to think that I am imagining things.But I did actually decode minutely the two words comprising the last line.These two words carry the far deeper meaning than the literal one,which would be easy for anyone to guess--it means,'just shove it away'.

So,get ready for the shocker--it is an amazing stuff.

The last line says--"Struggle with the people;bring the people to the higher level of consciousness".

How in the world would the vast lengths of just two words convey such a profound meaning! I'm repeating--it's an amazing stuff.

This propels me to re-organize my priorities.My first priority now is getting the first draft of the planned monograph ready at the earliest possible time.

The 'Tha' and the 'Heipong'.

Already Saturday morning!

But this blogger is only ready to set out with a disclaimer.

The premise upon which I'm going to set out is not peer reviewed(which will happen when my monograph is published--this at the planning stage) yet and thus untested.

1)Let's start with 'Tha' and 'Heibong(heipong)'.

'Tha',as we all know,is moon.And our society solely depends on the positions of the moon to make sense of where we stand in a societal matrix.

a)In that literal sense,'Tha' is the metric itself

b)In the graphical sense,'Tha' is breast.

From that meaning comes the notion of duty,valour and soul itself.

c)So,when we say 'Thagi leibak(land of tha)',it is justified to think of a space where both the literal and graphical meanings come into play.

We are at 'Heipong'.

a)'Hei' is sublime.

b)When we say 'Po' it denotes a space which still needs protection.A space which is beneath the surface,beyond the pale of mainstream acceptance or the one that goes underground.A space which is still kept protected,guarded or concealed.

c)When we say 'Pong' it means either of the two listed below:

i)Multiple 'Po's

ii)A 'Po' to which life is bestowed or a living 'Po'.

So,'Heipong' is the living space or the space populated with human activities,which refuses to come within the pale of the mainstream or refuses to be governed or refuses to be guided by the common laws.And,it is at its sublime state.

Our present prophesy is the one which directs us to get 'Heipong' from the 'land of moon'.

From the above observation,it comes to light that the 'land of the moon' is the space which is populated by people who can serve as the examples(metric) to their fellow citizen.On the reverse mirror image meaning,these people populating the 'land of the moon' has the intellectual dexterity to utilize several crucial metrics,like how to correctly feel the present pulse of the society or in what direction the present geo-political wind is blowing etc.

On the graphical side,they are devoted to their duties.They are courageous.

As we are talking about 'land of the moon', it stands to reason that these people are  not congregating in a haphazard manner but in a working relationship--with a leadership and a hierarchy.

When we reach a stage in the development of our society when these people come together into a space and working together,we can say we have reached 'the land of the moon'.

Only at the time when we reach that stage of our society,we will have the wisdom to unmask the 'Heipong' which is at the sublime stage.

2)Here,we are doing our bit to take note of the symbolic comparative study implied in the prophesy.

When our society reaches the above mentioned stage of development,the 'Pong' also reaches the sublime state,the 'Heipong' state.

Thus,our prophesy comes out like this--

Grow up ,grow up
Learn to play as a team
Then reside in the 'land of the moon'
Only then you can get the idea of 'heipong'.

(I'm thinking of doing occasional run of decoding our prophesies on Saturdays and Sundays.On weekdays,I'm concentrating on reading stock charts).

Does one of our elegant prophesies hint at the epic clash of food grain supply chains?

This blogger's wish is to take this little cue from his last post.

In my last post,I had said that,in one of my eureka moments,I have found out the Manipuri word for war,LAAL' is graphically 'overstretched'.

This eureka moment propels me to unwittingly come face to face with the basic(in my opinion)structure of Manipuri language.These face to face moments are revelations to me--sheer,pure and revolutionary.

I've already started planning to publish a monograph on the subject.I need to share this quickly.

Making further deductions with these basic structures of our language,I manage to decode the words 'Takhel thaang' in one of those prophesies--"Nom nom sagaitong,Chanaba leite takhel thaang".

Before coming to my point,I understand that it is reasonable for everybody to read the phrase "Chanaba leite" as to mean a coming of a disastrous famine.

But the present geo-political situation we are facing right at the moment is,in my opinion,pointing to other more subtle meaning--it is not famine per se;but it may mean more widespread and scaled-up operations of health attacks to the leading class of Manipur.The leading class of Manipur is going to find it difficult to procure safe foods and drinking water--literally, a manufactured famine for the leading class of Manipur.As already discussed in my last post,the vanguards of Ganga basin civilization,in collusion with the gangs of the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur, are planning to scale up the operation of attacking the leaders of Manipuri society(not necessarily only those residing within the rebel eco-system) by covertly supplying heavy-metal fortified food grains and drnking water.

The phrase 'not necessarily only those residing within the rebel eco-system' is very significant because I suspect that the theatre maestro,Heisnam Kanhailal and epochal lyricist,B Jayentakumar Sharma,were murdered by supplying toxic foods.They are going to attack not only those leaders residing within the rebel eco-system but other social,cultural and intellectual leaders,like Heisnam Kanhailal and B.Jayentakumar Sharma.(We have to add to this list the murders of school going girl from Thangmeiband,Babysana and the mother of the emerging fashion designer,Mr Robert Naorem.We know the said victims may not count as belonging to the leading class of Manipur but that does not matter because their murders were carried out as the proof of concept--how sophisticated the gangs of the relgio-linguistic constituents are and how lethal can they be,if they so
desire)

Next,the pertinent question comes up--how do we determine the profiles of those leaders who are likely to be targets of the attacks by the evil coalition of the Ganga basin civilization and the gangs of religio-linguistic constituents of Manipur?

In trying to answer this question,I was immediately propelled to those fervent time in the circa 2001.As a part of that magnificent uprising by the people of Manipur to protect the territorial integrity of their homeland,forwad-looking intellectuals,led by Maharajkumari Binodini and Aribam Syam Sharma,returned their Padma shris.

Their basic argument in returning their Padma shris is the line of thought that posits that Manipur is not just another constituent State within the Union of India(by virtue of which the leaders sitting in New Delhi may take the liberty of altering the boundary of Manipur at their whim) but a distinct civilization altogether.

So,in my opinion,anyone who,dare to think of Manipur as representing a distinct civilization,is facing the present and clear danger of being the target of the evil coalition of the vanguards of Ganga basin civilization and the gangs of relgio-linguistic constituent of Manipur--their main weapon is going to be heavy-metal fortified food grains and drinking water.

This only implies that the attack would be a widespread one.It would be daunting task to devise a defensive move to the coming attack.I'm saying this because of the two reasons listed below.

1)From my last post,it is clear that the vanguard of the Ganga basin civilization declared publicly that they are colluding with the gangs of the religio-linguistic constituent of Manpur to scale up the operation of poisoning the foodgrains and drinking water  meant for the leading class of Manipur.The date of declaration was the 22nd May 2020.We have to note here that the date '22'is associated with 'Manipur Levy',formed in Cachar ,to drive out the occupying Burmese armies from the soil of Manipur.

Just two days later,Reliance Jio's Jiomart webpage went live--the just launched webpage only enables people to buy foodgrains and grocery--coincidence indeed!.The date was the 24th May 2020.Again the date '24' is associated with the oldest rebel group of Manipur.We are not saying that Jio is directly involved in the devilish declaration of the vanguard of the Ganga basin civilization but we must see Jio in the context of how China's Huawei is being forced to play the role of the mirror image of China's rise,which needs to be thwarted by using any means,like they are doing to Huawei,including arbritrary ones,and,which are,bereft of any accepted international norms.Just like this,Jio is made to play mirror image of India's intent of dominating the world,which is fitting as Jio platform is innovative and it aspires to transforms itself to an Alibaba or a Huawei.So,Jio was made to focussed on foodgrains on the 24th May 2020--how fitting it was!

The earth-shattering deduction we can make from the above observation is that the full force of the whole might of the Ganga basin civilization would be behind the coming scaled-up operation of poisoning the foodgrains and drinking water meant for the leading class of Manipur.

2)I have the first hand knowledge of their weapon.Presently,I have the stock of rice ,moong dal and sagolhawai which are fortified with heavy-metals.They look the the same as those benign ones selling at all grocery shops here and there.In case anybody wishes to check them out for themselves,they are welcomed to visit my place.(The shopkeeper who sold me those stuff is elderly and looking particularly pious.That he was persuaded to sell poisoned foodgrains  to his customers bears testimony to how connected and resourceful are the gangs of the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur).

In this light,the only defensive move available to us is to utilize another supply chain for food grains.

Is this pointing to the  China's BRI project,currently making steady progress,originating from their Yunnan province towards Burma?(Here,we must not fail to note the currently happening big push to make Hainan the free trading port.Even the president of China,Mr Xi Jinping himself,is taking personal interest in the venture.Hainan island is located in  South China Sea.It is very near to Vietnam,meaning just a stone's throw away from Burma.That makes the proposed Hainan free trading port a very welcome development project in our own neighbourhood.Hainan,though,now,populated by the majority Han Chinese, is is,like,Yunnan,considered as a province of ethnic minorities of China.When China started out by making free trade zone in Guangdong,it made tremendous progress in making stellar trade and commerce with the West.I,for one,earnestly hope China is again successful this time around in Hainan free trading port in making the same kind of stellar trade and commerce with the South East Asian countries).

Now,let's come to the prophesy itself.

!)"Chanaba leite" means 'a widespread health attack,using the weapon of heavy-metal fortified food grains is coming'.

2)"Takhel Thaang".

Working with my just discovered basic structure of Manipuri language,the word "Takhel" means supply chain and "Thaang",'multiple metrics'.'Multiple metrics' is just another way meaning 'competition' or 'clash'.

I understand that everybody would be skeptical of those interpretation.Howsoever eager may I be to spell out the logic behind these interpretation,I'm helpless in this English language blog;besides,I need to spell out the just-discovered basic structure of Manipuri language first before attempting to tell people the word by word interpretation of one of those elegant prophesies of ours.(NOTE:This blogger have just put his disruptive interpretation in the public domain by deploying his just discovered and equally disruptive basic structure of the Manipuri language.By doing this,I have my own obligation to publish my monograph quickly.Unless I do that,I would understand if people start admonish me by saying--Enough,'lights off' to the little fancyful eureka moments of yours.I reiterate that I am planning to publish the proposed monograph as soon as possible).

So,our prophesy comes out like this--

"A widespread health attack,using the weapon of heavy-metal fortified food grain,is coming---as the devilish attack raises its head,an epic clash of two food grain supply chains would also reveal itself".

Gangajal and crime against humanity (Would the wilful crime against humanity by the vanguards of the Ganga basin civilization in tiny Manipur have the butterfly effect in the larger part of the world for crystallizing a global-scale war?)

In those days,how we respect and value the Gangajal!Just like some magical nectar from the Heaven itself!!

That was when my grandmother,during her several pilgrimages to Vrindaban,brought back the Gangjal,tightly sealed in small bottles and keeping them in the safest area of her luggage.She would make us,her grandchildren--me and my sisters,kneel down to put one drop(just one drop-it was that precious!) on our head and another,in our mouths.Thus completing the ritual she would settle down,already with a bright glow in her eyes,perhaps,convincing herself that,despite that rigorous journey during her pilgrimage,she finally had her grandchildren blessed with Gangajal--thus,making her grandchildren blessed with the wisdom of the Vedas and Shastras.

That was the story of my childhood.

Now,cut back to the present--the long hours of the days of the lockdown due to COVID 19 pandemic.

Particularly,the 22nd of May 2020.

On the 22nd May 2020 they,the vanguard of the Ganga basin civilization,even did not,like my grandmother did,make our hands stretched out but simply dished out effortlessly,that too,in public spaces,like morning newspapers,their devilish agenda--'from this day onwards we are following up the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur and,together with them,scale up the ongoing operation of putting poison in foods and drinking water'.The vanguards of the Ganga basin civilization was advertizing in public places their plans for covert operations(a new world order,indeed!) and of using the blending of toxic chemical elements in foods and drinking as a military weapon for counter-insurgency theatre in Manipur.(Anybody reading the happenings of Manipur carefully enough on that day,the news of which coming out on the following day's papers, would not fail to notice this assertion of mine).

The 22nd May 2020 is also a memorable day as we saw the unnatural and extremely surprising phenomenon of  publicly announcing the coming up of the scaled-up covert operation,that too,by no lesser actors than the vanguards of the much-vaunted oldest civilization o this globe.

The 22nd May 2020 is also a remarkable day in the sense it makes us to go back to the days when they banished the Buddha from his homeland.

When they banished the Buddha from his homeland,the vanguards of the Ganga basin civilization acted well within the boundaries of the accepted rules of covert operation.This makes them capable of pulling the Buddha back as one of their 'Dus Avatar'centuries later.

Then came the second episode of their covert operation which is as much significant as the banishment of the Buddha--the assassination of a great figure coming(surprising to them,it seems)from the land of the Banias.When they used a handgun in a public place as a part of their covert plan,they definitely acted well outside the boundary of the accepted norms of covert operations.The result is the still festering wound inflicted on the body polity of India.

Then comes(according to the estimates of this blogger) their grand plan for a scaled-up covert operation for eliminating the rebels of Manipur(by using toxic chemical elements in foods and drinking water as a military weapon).Even in their first few steps,they are acting well outside the boundary of the accepted rules of covert operations.

Now is my moment.Recently,in one early morning eureka moment,I found out that the Manipuri word for war(LAAL) is 'overstretched'.In that moment,thinking deeply down,I come to realize how the Manipur word for war so elegantly mirrors the already well-known fact that war always come about when some party overstretch their vision,their greed or their resources.That moment also saw me murmuring to myself how elegant my mother language is--how proud I am to be a part of that
legacy.(I am planning to write and publish a monograph on the subject).

But.now,we are facing with an earth-shattering moment(of course,I'm borrowing the words from the great Mao Ze Dong) when the vanguards of the one of the oldest civilizations of the world, arising on the basin of the Ganga, have publicly advertised their extremely overstretched greed on the 22nd May 2020.They represent one of the oldest civilizations and one huge population.

That only means one huge war--in other words,a global-scale war

For this blogger,it is just the right time to go beyond being cryptic.For such a long time I was forcing myself to be bounded by the norms of decency and responsibility in not spelling out how I have been impacted by the poisoning operations of the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur.(I have been targeted for writing about them in this blog.For the record,I take this opportunity to spell out that I'm not supporting anybody,any party or any group.All I've been doing is to try to analyze what is presently happening in Manipur--that includes rumblings within the rebel eco-system,that too,only the development which comes out open in the newspapers.I have not got any privileged inside information regarding the rumblings within the rebel eco-system.If the religio-linguistic do not agree with the rebel agenda,they should come out openly and put their own agenda before the general public of Manipur.They should refrain from acting like cowards,in that,they have infiltrated the rebel eco-system from the back door and have already tried their best to hijack the flow rebel stories which have been meandering through the ups and downs of recent history of Manipur.They should not try to steal somebody's agenda.They should come out with their own agenda).

I guess everybody have the knowledge about the fortified rice.I,for one,am continually trying my best to get more information about it from the publicly available sources.The normal process seems to be getting the white rice as everybody else is doing--by milling the rice by using standard rice milling machinery.After that the rice is transported to another factory and fortified with vitamins and minerals by extrusion method.I'm still trying to figure how extrusion process works.Instead of vitamins and minerals,they are using heavy metals to 'fortify' the rice and dals.

This heavy metal fortified rice and dals have the same appearance as those of ordinary rice and dals.But if one keeps on ingesting heavy metal fortified rice and dals for a considerable period(consuming some kilograms without a break),it is reasonable to think  that heavy metal concentration inside the body would exceed its tolerable limit.The ultimate result would the fatal injury to the kidney.The person will die of kidney failure within the span of nearly two years and no foul play would be suspected.

In the similar fashion,some portions of  fields growing vegetables and leafy greens like cabbages are marked out and the root zones of the plants are meticulously dug out.Then excessive amount of heavy metals in a specially formulated chemical state which is readily absorbed by the plants are applied.Ingesting such specially grown vegetables would have the same affect as that of ingesting the 'heavy metal fortified' rice and dals.

I strongly suspect that the technology comes from Israeli military,specially procured for use in Manipur by the vanguards of the Ganga basin civilization and transferred it to the gangs representing the religio-linguistic constituent of Manipur.( We have had to club this Israeli angle with that of the 3 reasons listed above for considering 22nd May 2020 as an earth-shatteriing day.The reason is obvious--the Israeli also represent one of the oldest and fascinating civilizations of the globe.Then,we have two of the oldest civilizations of the globe conspiring together to use foods and drinking water as a military weapon against the rebels of Manipur--this also point to the certainty of the global-scale war.See how Mr Du Wei,the ambassador of China to Israel was murdered inside his official residence located at a place 10 kms north of Tel Aviv on the 17th May 2020.No tell-tale clues were left behind by the killers--purely viewed from technology angle,it is remarkably well-executed political assassination with huge geo-political implications.But nearer home,I'm thinking of blunting hi-tech Israeli offensive by a low tech counter-defensive move.Consider soaking the 'heavy metal fortified'rice and dals in water for 10-15 minutes--soaking longer than this might force the heavy metals to seep inside the grains towards their core.Then,we can try rinsing and scrubbing the grains capturing them between two palms beneath the water.Would doing so make the heavy metals to fall off in the water?Would it make the rice and dals safe for human consumption again?)

Lastly,Gangajal?

Definitely it sounds mighty anachronistic talking about Gangajal right at this moment.But,on several occasions now,this blogger have been forcibly shielded from access to the normal sources of drinking water.He had no other options but to go to Imphal river.Fetching the water from Imphal river and boiling it--that was how this blogger got hold of his drinking water on several occasions now.

When I went to fetch water from Imphal river,the spot invariably happened to be just beneath the Sanjenthong.There it was always quite(you cannot imagine there is steady traffic just above--on the Sanjenthong) and a little creepy--in that,the song of Sanaton -- " Sanjenthonggi thongkhada....."-- was always murmuring in my ears.

There,on the banks,I was on my knees,a small pot in hand,trying to reach out to clearer water,a little further  away from the bank.At that time,when I was kneeling on the banks of river Imphal,under the historic Sanjenthong,the moments my grandmother made me to kneel to receive the Gangajal came reeling back to me.

As someone trying to learn day trading on the stock markets,I train myself to banish emotions.In that light,be it Gangajal or the mildly-sendimented water of Imphal river,water is always the nectar of water--the basic of the basic human needs.

If some parties start deploying this nectar of life as a military weapon in their covert operations,they are definitely committing a crime against humanity.

In Delhi,BJP and INC are plotting for a Mao Gate episode 2.

The high drama of the 10th March 2020 in Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh,was enacted under the supervision of a small and secretive team of a very elite leadership of both the BJP and the INC in New Delhi.(We must not fail to note here that 10th March is also the same day when the Chinese President,Mr Xi Jinping visited Wuhan for the first time after it was devastated by COVID19).

I suspect that only a handful of extremely selective leaders of both the BJP and the INC are in the know of this enactment.Of course,the BJP,as the ruling party,might had broached the idea to their corresponding leadership in the INC.

The keyword word is 'India's national interest'.

Apparently,the BJP successfully persuaded the INC leaders to inflict wounds upon itself in 'India's national interst'.

I also suspect that Mr Jyotiraditya Scindia himself is also a willing actor in the whole drama to participate in something which is of huge step in advancing 'India's national interest'.

1) The first glimpse of the thing to come presents itself in the seemingly innocuous pairing of Madhya Pradesh with both Manipur and Nagaland in 'Ek Bharat Shrestra Bharat'.Pairing two States with a single one? Is there any other such pairing in the 'Ek Bharat Shrestra Bharat'?

2) Mr Jyotiraditya Scindia is a Maratha prince.The Maratha power pushed into the heart of India back in history and the house of the Scindias is the living testimony to that.

Does Maratha ring something to us?

In the post entitled 'It's happening NOW' dated 26th Nov 2019,we had discussed the Maratha powers's interaction with the 'masked revelation'.

When Shiv Sena(in Maharastra),demanded,out of the blue,the post of the chief ministership,it's unstoppable to suspect that something big was afoot.Seen in the context  that Shiv Sena had gotten its members elected to the State Assembly in the ratio 1:2 to its electoral ally, the Bharatya Janata Party(BJP),the suspicion is dramatically amplified.It has half the number of Members of Legislative Assembly(MLAs) of its electoral ally but still made the demand for the post of chief ministership.Something not connected with normally accepted political practice in India had propelled the Shiv Sena to make the game-changing move.

Is it that the 'masked' revelation in Tamil Nadu had communicated with the cream of the Maratha national interest in Maharastra?

Coming up to this point,it is clear that New Delhi has been silently preparing for the fitting counter-move to the dramatic push by the 'masked revelation' back in November,2019.

Just like Mr Scindia had done to the Kamal Nath in Madhya Pradesh(and Mr Udhav Thackeray to Mr Devendra Danvis leadership in Maharashtra back in November 2019),both the small core of seelct leadership of the BJP and the INC are plotting to 'inspire' some MLAs to revolt aginst the Nongthonbam Biren ministry in Manipur.

The ultimate aim is to bring back Mr Okram Ibobi as the Chief Minister of Manipur.As soon as that happens,Mr Thuingalen Muivah would again be 'inspired' by Delhi to embark on a yet another road trip from Nagaland to his homeplace in Manipur.The result would be Mao Gate episode 2.

We have another portion in the same post detailing how Mr Okram Ibobi was propelled to hint at the iminent interaction of the 'masked revelation' with the Maratha power in Maharashtra back in November,2019.

Former Chief Minster and the official Opposition Leader in the Manipur Legislative Assembly,Mr Okram Ibobi was somehow propelled to leave Manipur for New Delhi on the 13th Noc 2019.His visit is to persuade political leaders there to respect the sanctity of Manipur's territorial integrity against the backdrop of the presently-continuing Indo-Naga peace talk and to restrain the BJP-led government in New Delhi from re-introducing the controversial Citizenship Amendment Bill in the ongoing Parliament session.

We must note the symbolic number 13.It symbolizes the 13th of August,again linking to Crown Prince,Koireng(Yubaraj Tikendrajit).The former chairman of the oldest rebel gtoup of Manipur,who is presently 'lodgrd' in a secret place in New Deli by the officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs,is the direct descendant of Crown Prince,Koireng.

As if to make the conncectiion most clear the very first political leader Mr Okram Ibobi met in New Delhi is none other than the NCP president Mr Sharad Pawar.

It's now yet again clear that New Delhi is hell bent on exacting a truly befitting 'revenge' to the 'masked revelation'.

What makes us not less startled seeing the above devilish plot is how their modus opernadi points to yet another acutely devilish design,which is,we must say, a perfect subject of our 'Last Word' section.

Their modus operandi likely consists of the steps detailed below:

1) By nominating Mr Leishemba Sanajaoba(in the same election committee meeting in Delhi in which another prince,Mr Jyotiradiatya Scindia was also nominated),New Delhi is gleefully pointing to the Yaiskul Assembly Constituency.(we must take note here that the past chairmain,also of same royal lineage as Mr Leishemba Sanajaoba, of the oldest rebel group of Manipur,who having been completed his jail term in Guwahati is now apparently leading a normal life in his home--his present status vis a vis the rebel group is undisclosed and undefined.New Delhi is sending messages,detailed below,to the past chairman in an emphatic manner--the past chairman himself is leading a normal life in his residence located inside the jurisdiction of Yaiskul Assembly Constituency).

2)The point makes us to look into the Delimitation Commission which formation was announced right on the last day of the last Assembly Session of Manipur.To my mind,the astute timing of announcing the constitution of the Delimitation Commission has all the prognosis of all those devilish design we are discussing here at the moment.

3) As far as my knowledge goes,the Yaiskul Assembly Constituency has the most queer way of forming an Assembly Constituency.Although it is Yaiskul Assembly Constituency,most of the voters reside in what is historically known as Wangkhei--Yaiskul and Wangkhei are two places having different stories of their own.Besides,there is another Constituency known as Wangkhei Assembly Constituency.

It will be easy for the Commission to play the emotion of residence of Yaiskul against their respective counterparts in Wangkhei.We can imagine such a level of inflamed emotion that present MLA is forced to revolt against the Nongthinbam Biren government,even though he belongs to the same BJP party.

Would the present MLA of Yaiskul be so thoroughly 'inspired'that he would do a Jyotiraditya Scindia to the Nongthonbam Biren government?

I'm not so knowledgeable in these areas but my guess is that there are several other Assembly Constituencies which are similar to Yaiskul and it must be pretty easy for the Commission,which has been thoroughly briefied by the power that be in New Delhi(meaning it is Constitutional and thus,a non-political body only in name) to inflame the emotions of all the voters therein.

So,all of those MLAs are the prefect candidates to play the role of Mr Jyotiradutya Scindia in Manipur.


THE LAST WORD(OR,THE PERFECT LESSON OF HOW TO KILL TWO BIRDS BY A SINGLE STONE)


Upto this point of time,the connection between the 'relgio-linguistic constituent' of Manipur and the power that be in New Delhi is enabled at the level of military intelligence apparatus of Government of India.

By nominating the titular king of Manipur,Mr Leishemba Sanajaoba,New Delhi is inching towards formalizing its link to the Manipur's 'relgio-linguistic constituent'to that of political level.

The titular king is presiding over a wide variety of customary royal councils,dealing with different departments,like,rituals,traditional laws etc.These royal councils are heavily infiltrated by the 'religio-linguistic constituents.Through the person of the titular king(as things stand now he would definitely sail though the election to the Upper House of the Indian Parliament),the 'religio-linguistic constituent'would now establish a direct and fromal political linkages with the corridors of power in New Delhi.

The next step would be the meeting of the minds of the 'relgio-linguistic constituent' and the very selective core leadership of both the BJP and the INC in New Delhi.With the direct help from these two powerful parties,the 'religio-linguistic constituent' would be coaxed step by step  to go upto the level of a workable dexterity in the practice of electoral politics,.This(including secretive strategic seat sharing jointly sanctioned by both the BJP and the INC) would make it feasible for the 'religio-linguiostic constituent' to get some of its men to get elected as MLAs in the coming Assembly election,which is hardly two years away.

In the next two years we would witness a vastly changed political scenario in Manipur,with the 'religio-linguistic constituent' becoming a direct partner with New Delhi.They would do this while firmly staying infiltrated inside the rebel ecosystem of Manipur.They would hold enormous(should we say 'devilish'?) sways over policies and events inside the rebel ecosystem as well as inside the formal power structure of the State government.
