Kashmiri insurgents utilizing Manipur earthquake for their cause?

In a major surprise, the United Jihad Council, the apex body of all those insurgents fighting for Kashmir liberation, have claimed responsibility for the attack on the Indian Airforce base at Pathankot,Punjab.

As soon as I read the news of the Council spokesman's interaction with the Srinagar-based news agency about the claim,a feeling came to me which say that there is the possibilty of the insurgents in Kashmir trying to reach out to the general populace of Manipur.

I know it's reasonable to dub me as someone who is always trying to read too many conclusions from innocuous turn of events. But we have to take note of the blow-by-blow account of the chronology of events which makes me try to 'read too many conclusions'.

1) First,my next to last post. The post deals about the remarkable steps that India was taking up to say that they were readying themselves for the 3rd of January 2016.

2) But the 3rd of January came and gone. And nothing happened!

3) on my personal level,I was totally taken aback by the deafening silence on the 3rd of January. But as I continued reading the news on that day,I came to the conclusion that the educationists were showing their respect for a major student body which was celebrating their raising day and putting off their course for one day. So,I was waiting for the next day for the big news.I was (and, still is) eager to know the programme of the agitation.

4) The next day presented us with a strong earthquake!

5) It's a matter of common sense to know that everything else (that includes any form political agitation) have to wait for the conclusion of the proper rehabilitation aftermath the earthquake.

6) The earthquake,by some Providential coincidence, serve as a cruel instrument to muffle the democratic agitation of the people of Manipur.

From this point it takes no effort to assume that the Kashmiri insurgents quickly sized up the present situation created by the earthquake in Manipur. They quickly seized the moment and ask the general populace of Manipur to give assent to their vanguards to take up arms(like they did at Pathankot) instead of holding rallies and calling general strikes.

Why reading this particular conclusion?

The reason is that there is  great debate within the United Jihad Council itself. They are debating whether it's the right time to take up armed actions against the Indian security instead of holding rallies and calling general strikes. The attack on airforce base at Pathankot and subsequent owning up of it via a Srinagar-based news agency point to the triumph of the players which calls for the armed attack.Seen in this light,it can be taken as a message sent out from Srinagar to the general populace in Manipur to shun democratic agitations which they planned for the 3rd of January.Shun what they planned for on the 3rd of January and instead,go for 'Pathankot way',the Kahsmiri insurgents say.

So,did Kahsmiri insurgents actually utilize  the Manipur earthquake for their cause?
